So kill the labor movement to give the power back to companies.
I make $18 an hour and my wife makes $15 an hour. Me and my wife work an enourmous amount of hours a week. We are just barely making it. Everyone says well you can get a degree and make more money. But where is the time when you work yourself to exhaustion just to make it. I miss the days where companies actually did on the job training and promoted from within. I see a bunch of quiet quiting. I really wish everyone did quiet quitting. If everyone did quiet quitting, it would force buisnesses to either pay more or hire more people. For the last few decades the exchange of money made per hour or made from salary for hours of labor of production has heavily been skewed towards production. Basically we produce more as Americans for a lower dollar amount than we are worth. I guess my point is if you have a full time job, you should atleast be able to actually afford a place to live (no I'm not saying you should be at buying a house level, but you should actually be able to afford basic shelter like a studio apartment).
