This guy is full of shit. Don’t listen to him. He knows the whole market is a scam.
To make a decent passive income that stream with a standard 6% Roi you would need 200k to make 12k a year before tax. Not saying it cant be done. But if your employed or have no business ideas it will take a decade or 2 of investing. Which is at least your 40s before you see a return. Unless you inherit or specualate and take a huge investment risk and do not diversify at the start. You diversify when you have made your money… not when your making it. Learnt that the hard way.

Ok…I have to say something. I have a few video streams I watch for certain content and I don't remember exactly when it was that I saw one of your videos mixed in somewhere, but you piqued my interest. I wasn't sure to fully trust you as I had seen so many different finance videos where you wonder if the only person that is truly helped is the one making the video. But your content explored a variety of ways to sensibly make and save money. Then, you started the channel with your son and I got hooked on that information and dynamic. But fast forward to today and I ran across the interview you did with James Sinclair back in March of this year and it sort of put all the pieces together about where you came from and how you built your business and what you are doing now. I have such utmost respect for you. In fact, I wish I had met you years ago just through the normal course of life as a mentor. I wanted to say these things now before you turn into a superstar because you and your son are well on your way. Thank you for everything you do for us here. You are truly a wonderful individual.
