The problem with your Poland thesis is that gas/energy prices are held artificially high (like 10x YoY) by the EU energy Market sham. Which will lead to something like a severe deindustrialization in Europe. That'd make this Tesla factory unprofitable.

Your comment about PE and PEG ratio is assuming Tesla continues to grow at levels which it has never actually achieved into the foreseeable future. With a recession no company should be valued at over 100 PE, especially when you have Ford and other major car manufacturers brining EV to market and now beating to market Tesla (EV truck) . They no longer have the pricing power they use to have which is not priced in your model. This is a car company over a $1T market cap. Unless they are expecting to completely change the core business of the company, your valuation, in my opinion, is impossible to achieve.
