Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

All right. So um, it's 9am here, top of the hour and I'm already sitting at two times the daily goal on uh, Tgl, we got some nice action on. this. Macd is now crossed over.

so we were on the front side of the move basically from this first pullback at 1377 as the Macd pulled away second pull back right here at 1540, up to a high of 1716. Then we pulled back and started to form a one minute head and shoulders pattern. So the interesting thing about this pattern combined with the crossover on Macd is that it's a great reminder that this is not the place where the clean trades are going to be. While you could get some dip trades off the lows and things like that, those are of course, always going to be more aggressive and and riskier.

Which you know, if you have a profit cushion, that's fine. but if you don't have a profit cushion, it's not going to be worth it. I'm just going to save this head and shoulders with Macd crossover. Add that to the classes later.

So uh, right now. so this is up 400. since it ipo yesterday sold shares at four dollars, it goes up to a high of 19.80 That's a big move all right now. My understanding was that it was pretty choppy yesterday and I looked at the chart and confirmed that that didn't indeed seem to be the case.

It halted twice going up on the initial ipo. halted twice going down. Then one's coming back up. so let's see one, two, three, four.

We're already at five halts. A six halt going a six halt Seven 8, 9, 10. Hulk going down 11, 12. All going back up.

13, 14, 15, 16. Looks like maybe there was one in here. Definitely one here. 16, 17, 18.

So like 18 halts yesterday. maybe maybe more. Very volatile. The spot where it kind of looks like it probably would have been the cleanest.

Uh, would have been this afternoon break right here because at this point you had your sort of initial sell-off squeeze back up, which would have been awesome, but high risk, lighter volume. Then you had this red shooting star candle. it drops back down. sort of.

Then we get into this nice consolidation. We were able to manage risk off of ascending support and it's that ascending support line is forcing it into the breakout right here. First you get a false breakout up to 14 and a drop back down to 12.. then second attempt works into a halt at 16..

So you know it looks in hindsight like, oh, this was easy clean. Everyone should have made a lot of money on it, but I'm sure in reality, uh, with big spreads and a lot of volatility, it would have been pretty easy to lose on it. So you know I didn't trade it yesterday afternoon. Um, I finished the day at 2500 and I was happy with that.

Hey, it was a green day, no reason to complain. Uh, and I'm in a market right now. It's August, it's Summer. We're still in a bear market.

So yeah, I'm okay with leaving some money on the table. I really don't want to overstay my welcome in this kind of market. I want to take it a little bit slower. so taking it slower and uh, you know, not trading all day if the market doesn't really call for it.
So anyways, nice move. Uh, this morning as it started to open up, I expected a an opportunity for a trade back up to 1450 and then 1550 trigger right here and then over 1550 room. Back to yesterday's high. So right now it's showing us that it has a willingness to put in some big green candles, but also to retrace them coming back down.

so we've still got volatility, which is good. That means there's opportunity. It doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be easy to trade, but there's definitely opportunity. So all my trades this morning um, was streaming live in the Daytree dash chat and in the Warrior chat.

By the way. Um, we've got our Dog Days of Summer sale that has just begun here. This is for Warrior, so those that are interested in educational, uh, classes going through my Small Cap curriculum, I've got a Uh a 10 chapter. Let's see, is it 10? 15, 15 chapter a Warrior starter course and then a 25 chapter Warrior Pro Small Cap day Trading course.

So 40 chapters combined. So those are interested in this, You could check it out. Uh, if you're interested in being over at Daytrade chat streaming only. that's fine too.

You can check that out as well. Yep, and we got Uh, June get in the spotlight. She's gotta, you know, she's gotta earn her keep. Okay, let's see.

All right, So I hope you guys are, uh, doing well so far today. So first mountain range there all the way back down because it's a big head and shoulders pattern. Nice David Good job. Uh, let's see.

So reminder for those tuning in in case you didn't already know. trading is in fact risky. Most beginner traders lose money and my results are not typical. so take it slow because there's no guarantee that you'll find success whether you trade on your own or you'll earn from me.

I'll move. Trading is risky up here. Yesterday we posted the podcast uh, interview with a profitable trader so I'll put a link to that as well. Yeah, I saw Wet G this morning W-e-t-g I like it.

Uh, but it does have that big red candle so I have to just be a little careful. No, not on spotify. Um, not yet. Maybe we'll add that at some point.

but uh, no, not yet. So gap scan this morning leading Gapper Ubx 1.96 It's up 130 percent, but the floats higher. I'm not really into it right now. V E E E three E's uh, twin V Power Cats.

So earnings this morning they were good. It is a somewhat recent ipo, so it does have, uh, some potential here. Your high was 73. It's up 39 percent.

Uh, so that one's worth keeping an eye on. Tgl is actually gapping down so it's not in the scan. But that's because it closed so strong yesterday. so we got second day continuation on that one.

Let's see. Did okay. Nice Brandon, so you can see V V-e-e coming up a little bit there. it pulled back a little more than I'd like on this last pullback.
Macd just starting to break over. I'll take a trade there for the breakthrough Six. Just a quick trade. in and out.

a little extended, but now that's a half. it's a half dollar whole dollar breakout. Um, for reference with a high of 6.05 And then I just watched to see if it holds that level. So just a quick trade in and out Six to 605.

Now watching 605 dip at 92, there's up to 603. average is 92.. just a small trade. Again, flat 601, Double top at 605..

So a good call for those that got in on this break. right here. I had every opportunity to. I just watched it go without me and then just got into the top for a small trade.

was I don't know. Macd was negative on it. trying to be a little bit more cautious, but a small winner. So new order is 605.

Um, dip it 97 there for the breakthrough 605. So I'm kind of watching this first one minute candle for the flat top breakout on V in at 97 looking. Add 602, 603 for the break of 605 adding 605 there. But you can see this chop watching dips holding 1700 shares.

You know sometimes we have stocks like this, they're just choppy. I'm back to flat on it. Just kind of getting chop chop. No particular reason why it's choppy.

it's just sometimes they are. It's up 48. It's our second leading gapper. Sometimes it'll be choppy like this.

Um, and then they start to pull away. so it's like it's kind of chopping through a uh, you know, as a set of sellers. that can sometimes be the case. You've got some people unwinding positions, selling and it just has to sort of burn through those orders before you can really open up.

So I would, uh, keep it on watch. Given that it's second leading gap are up 50 and it does have news, it's worth watching. Blue Sky is uh, 750 so we're not that far away from a Blue Sky setup on it on the recent ipo. Might be easier to try to accumulate on a dip that right there pulled back to 83.

added back 605. Now watch 615 for the next ad. Added 6 15. So now we're starting to pull away right now.

Watch 625 added 622. So I'm going to look to start to scale in as we pull away. here. Watch over 625.

There's 622 so looking for 625 to break and then let's see if we can squeeze up to 650? We just might. We've got some action on this, so this is a nice breakout. Macd Moving higher. Mountain range is ascending so we're on the front side of the move.

This is the place to be. Focusing Watch the first pullback through 620 and then up over 625. I would love to see a move to 650 and then up to 7.. right now holding and looking to keep adding over 625.

Added 628 Now looking for an ad at 635. Let's see if this ascends higher. There's 31 on the ask looking for 35. As soon as 35 prints, I'm gonna add there for the move up to 650..
So I'm just waiting for that print and then I can press the buy button. High here is 31. I can also add on dips, but increasing volume is good. Bought the dip at 620 right there looking.

now for the retest of 28 holding 6000 shares, added 17. Did another dip there. there's 23. So you know this kind of action.

I'm unwinding some of the position because it's not. It's not opening up at that 35 spot the way I thought it would, so it makes more sense to take the base hit and then look to add back. If it had pulled away really quickly 35 to 45 and 50, then I can just keep adding for that move up to, you know, whatever it is. But when it starts to get into this range added at 14 and 12.

So buying the dip here, but looking for that re-test of 23, there's 21. there's 18. still on the front side of the move for sure, so you can see the dips are more forgiving when you're on the front side of the move than when you're when. then when you're on the back side of the move, there's back up to 30.

So nice. Dip Rallies back up, added back at 25.. now looking for the breakthrough? 35. Let's see if we can squeeze through 35 and get up to 40.

new order is at 35. there's 30 added at 33.. now looking for 36 and 37 high? This candle is 34.. Bought the dip at 24 there looking for the pop back through 30.

we've got about 15 minutes to the opening bell here. Flat on the trade. Took a small loss on that ad so only a thousand dollars profit on V. Uh so going to mark out the high there which is 34.

I'm gonna keep it on watch. It's got range. it has potential. It's a little choppy still.

Maybe it'll open up more later. I don't know. Tlg is pulled back below V Wap or Tgl top from yesterday has pulled back a bit as well. still leaving that one alone.

Any Pt is third leading gapper too cheap, so I'm interested to see what kind of action we have going into the open. I'm not sure what's up with Biaf Baif ipo. Not sure when they're gonna. Well, I don't know when it's gonna happen.

It was on the calendar and hasn't ipo'd yet. s p 500 right now? Uh, sort of a lighter volume gap. We've got consumer sentiment at 10 a.m so we'll see. Uh, we'll see how that looks, but the market's over the 200 and uh, you know, re-tested the 200 is totally okay.

it's 417. you know if this ends up being a false break of the 200 and it gets below it and then can't get back above it? you know that would be a little bit more like I guess what happened here or maybe in some of these areas. So we'll see. we'll see what happens.

Yeah, frza. Uh, it was. How many shares? Um, three million? float? Five dollars a share? So we'll watch this one given Tgl today or yesterday. so we've got less than 10 minutes of the opening bell.

It's Friday in August bear Market summer, so I'm pretty happy sitting at twice the daily goal here. I had a good day on Monday and uh, solid small green days. Tuesday Wednesday. Thursday didn't hit my daily goal Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday, but finished each of those days.
in the green. Not not huge green, but you know, small green days and now today twice the daily goal. That puts me over 20 000 for the week. Uh, that's a great week.

and I think I finished last week at 68 000 on the month. So that puts me from last week 68, 78, 88, 000 or so. You know, something like that, maybe close to 90. you know it's uh, been a pretty solid month and there have been days where I have traded like in the first week I traded like late into the afternoon.

I definitely traded a lot, but we had some really good action on, you know, thanks to Hkd and Pgy yesterday. I probably could have traded a little longer. but one of the things for me is that you know the first goal is just to get green and then the second goal is to try to hit my daily goal. And so if it's like 10 a.m and I'm not even at the daily goal, but I am green, that's where I have to start adjusting my you know approach and to being just conservative and taking that off the table and coming back and trying again tomorrow because it's very easy to go red on some of these stocks.

I mean, these these have big range, These can move quickly against you, you know, and then next thing you know you're you're red on the day and it's later in the afternoon and there's not going to be much of a chance to make it back, so you know. But then on a day like today where I'm at twice the daily goal, if I say I'd like to walk away with at least a ten thousand dollars today, that gives me eleven hundred twelve hundred, you know over a thousand dollars of of wiggle room that I can use on the next trades. So I could take a thousand dollars of risk on the next trade from my entry. and if it goes up 30 cents, I can adjust my stop to break.

Even so, I'm risking basically nothing. or I could increase my share size. so I'm still only risking a thousand dollars. But now I've moved my stop and I've taken bigger share size and if it ends up turning into a winner that I'm able to scale into, I could, you know, go from being up 11 000 to being up 15 or 20.

All of that has happened before, and the days I'm more likely to push it are on days where I've gotten well into the green early, because now I've got the cushion so I have the cushion today. I can afford to take a little bit more risk more than I could yesterday or the day before. So now I want to be seeing if there's an opportunity where I can, um, you know, take this day sort of to the next level right now. Tgl, it's That's a nice pop back up from 1350 up to 1419.

I think it's important to acknowledge that the Macd is against the trade right now. we're below V. Wap. It doesn't really have a history of false breakouts, but it did have a big move up and then a big move back down.
So based on my indicators for avoiding false breakouts, two of the three are telling me to sit on the sidelines on this right now. you know, And and maybe it goes higher. but I have to. I have to kind of follow that right now to try to keep myself well in the green.

Uh, yes, Lars, the podcast is out and I can. I think we already posted it in the announcements tab, so just check the announcements tab for the podcast. Hey, good morning Trey. All right.

So yeah, five minutes to the opening bell. Um, game plan today. let's watch the Frza ipo. Given that we had some good action on the Tgl ipo yesterday, but Tgl was a little crazy initially.

Right. halted twice going up and then twice going down and then ripped. So you know if you're quick and you can get in before the first halt up, that could position you well for a gap up. Uh, if you're not, it may be better to wait for the pull back and then you know, let it curl and see if it does curl.

So just depends on how quick you're able to be. So I'll keep the level two up on that one. I'll keep a side chart up on it. Thank you for those tuning in for the morning show on Youtube for hitting the thumbs up.

You guys make a huge difference for the channel. So really grateful for you guys. Thank you for doing it. We'll put some links to check out other videos at the end of this episode for those that want to keep watching.

I thought today, um, initially might have might be slow. I was like, uh, this might be kind of a slow day. Um, you know, But we've um, we've had a bit of action so I'll see if um, we can end up turning this into a even better day. So that's the game plan right now, mots.

I see it hitting the scanners. It is a recent reverse split, which, um, you know, those were pretty popular last week. I'm not sure if they're going to be as popular this week, but V is on a pullback. It's worth watching V with Frza when we get the Frza ipo, but it may.

also. you know, sometimes these ipos take a while so I don't know how long we'll all feel like sitting here today on a Friday. So this is what we've got here today. At least this is what the schedule says.

so Fr Za three million shares at five Chg How many shares? 3.3 million at four? This is a looks like it might be a special acquisition pricing at 10 so there'll be no trades on that. Um, Reborn Coffee and Lucy. Innovative eyewear. Video games could improve your decision making skills.

Mmm. interesting. all right. So here's the open All right, So thanks for those tuning in here on uh, Youtube.

We'll end the morning show and we'll be back at first thing on uh, Monday morning. Actually, I'll come live over the weekend to do uh, weekly game plan for the weekend. Just watching right now. Quite a bit of chop, so.

Nice job! Do you or anyone else use the Fibonacci tool? Would it be a good tool to use? I’ve used it on higher frequencies and have done good so far; the 1 and 5 min charts are to fast to keep up with.

yeahhh, i traded TGL yesterday as soon as the action settled, got in at about 12$ qt roughly 14h sold at around 16 i believe. I just can't trade IPOs until things get less wacko. I just use very very small size, set a stop and see how high can it go. You know, 100-300 shares, risk 200$ to make a few hundreds if it actually get some ''normal'' trading action. hehe
