I used to really like Dave Ramsey until I heard him get political in a short recently. It just shows he’s not aware of all the data available about our current state of the economy. It’s a real bummer. I think he’s too old school now. Times they are a changing.
This was good video. I cant stand dave in the ways he does things but this video is perfect. Every wealthy person I know all leverage debt to cash flow in more one way. I do get he's trying to help people but I feel Graham helps people more in the long run, even most the wealthy people I know don't like dave and love watching Graham.

This is the first video of yours in a long time that I’ve sat down and gave 100% of my attention for the entirety of the video. Would really like to see more content like this, not specifically people reacting to your portfolio, but videos where not only we as fans are educated from your content, but where you as a creator are also rewarded from the experience of making the content. Much like your Kevin O’Leary video, it was very enjoyable to see you alongside with someone that you looked up to. I hope you’re able to put out more content like this. Looking forward to the full podcast episode!
Pretty surprised that Daves conclusions at the end, about 1031 into commercial, is something I agree with entirely.
I don't agree with him on a lot of things. Especially his sort of "broad statements" about credit cards and mortgages and filing for bankruptcy before withdrawing from your 401k. But I have to say his comments in this video are pretty spot on. I don't think I would pay off the loans for any properties I was keeping in CA. Especially at that cash flow and interest rate. But besides that, pretty solid advice I have to say.
I'm surprised that Dave didn't bust your chops over having 30 year Mortgages instead of 15 year.
I watch you regularly and listen to Dave daily, was worried Dave was going to yell at you for the debt 😝 LOL

Dave said 90% of net worth had come from good deals, however i would argue its 50percent youtube and 50% being able to compound the youtube cashflow at this point for graham. Amazing video!

Dave is the kind of guy that believes most people can’t use debt in an advantageous way and he’s right. However, did doesn’t mean those who do are wrong for doing so.
I really enjoyed that [: you are both awesome. I think Dave might be putting that imaginary mathematic number of "Risk" too high. He is gonna be on the side of caution. He must have kids he acts like a dad. He is thinking about his kids and is gonna self preserve. You're still young take the risk "not in those fancy cars" Leverage debt max profits as much as you can stomach. Don't be content to the point you kill your ambitions. Use your mathematical way of thinking to drive you to more profits.
Dave hates all debt, but debt can create huge cash flow. I hear he was one of these people in the 80s but his bank changed management and said he could no longer have the debt and became bankrupt. Idk if banks can do that these days
It helps a lot if you start investing after the bubble pops. No investing, no potential gain. Prices not going up, no gain.
Ok. This was soo cool. Dave Ramsey is why I got interested in money – I started listening to his show and following his advice and money went from mysterious to simple. I really loved this cross-over episode 😄

These numbers are mind boggling to me, if I had 10% of that I’d be ecstatic, and not even really care about growing it anymore. Poverty sucks, being born into it, and not having a God given skill makes you feel extremely stuck
