Sure, the Fed's December 2021 Report was wrong about interest rates going forward. But who accurately predicted a) Putin's invasion of Ukraine? (it was a risk, sure, but no one was jumping up & down certain it would happen); & b) Extent of fallout from both Ukraine & China's market collapse (ppty bubble crash > banking system defaults > currency flight + COVID shutdowns of cities, industries, ports + climate change weather incidents (droughts, fires, floods). Within a month of the Dec. Fed Report all hell broke loose in world markets, we had a logistics collapse in western markets, price of gas & oil shot through the roof and inflation soared.
So yeah, the Fed predicted wrong. Good for you: you called peak of the market in November & sold early; brilliant! But YOU didn't guess all this crap would happen. No one did.

We are all bearish, for great reason. Economic data is horrible, smart/experienced investors predicting a huge collapse, stocks have been tanking for months, and Im really scared where's mommy. Everything is coming to an end. People are going to lose all the money they've invested. Actually and then some, because stocks are going to go down forever. And then negative. You will owe money for owning stocks. If you put even $1 into any stock, you will instantly go bankrupt. Better just sell now and I'll do you a favor and pick up those shares
