Brokers like Schwab are stealing our shares! Likely to give to those who never received their APE, or to lend to those short sellers for them to short AMC!
Schwab have been stealing APE shares from peoples accounts, many people who had hundreds of shares are now seeing nothing in their accounts, all gone, except any additional APE they purchased after the dividend.
Brokers have been fulfilling our trades for nearly 2 years now, selling us a seemingly never ending supply of shares, but what happens when the music stops and these shares need to be bought back?
It seems like the DOJ will also be stepping up and issuing more stringent punishments to rule breakers, rather than allowing these funds to pay fines without admitting liability.

Thomas I listen to your videos all the time. You’re my go to guy to get the facts on AMC and Company. The problem is Gary Gessner in the SEC he’s on the take and everybody under him. He makes a joke and mockery of our money and he should be out of office and the department of justice needs to be in charge of everything from beginning to end even if they have to open up a new division because if this doesn’t happen Wall Street investing retail investing will not be the same anymore and I know a lot of people waiting 90% of the people are waiting for the squeeze. God willing this will happen at an appropriate time which seems to be very soon and once we get even which means back to square one with a little profit a lot of people will have nothing to do with Wall Street anymore

i had a small amount of ape shares in one of my other brokerage account it was a cash account only, i woke up to find they have been removed my account with an email saying they where bought on margin and have been sold due to margine requirements…..on my cash account…

Should we be buying $APE, $AMC, or both?
RBC Canada is showing $0.0001 cost basis for my APE. On day 1 cost basis was around $7.13, what happened? I have a feeling these "$0.0001 shares" are non-existant? This creates tax problems if I want to sell APE but keep AMC.

I heard someone say that the massive fraud in AMC/APE makes Enron look legitimate. This is true. the corruption and fraud that AMC/APE has brought to light in the market is so massive and all encompassing that RICO is definitely in play. And maybe even financial terrorism and treason which is a death penalty. But how can it be prosecuted if all the judges, SEC, and DOJ are complicit?? It will take a complete financial system meltdown and the military stepping in to bring justice.

In my Schwab account, both AMC and APE (received 8/22), are still there and no problem with cost basis.
I just dollar cost averaging on AMC/APE/HYMC, nothing to scare about, we had seen those criminal acts before. I am just buy and hold, and they keep paying borrowing cost every day. They need to buy shares back in every 45 days for FTDs. Nothing to worry about, just waiting game. Everything is lining up for Oct 19th 1987. Their margin calls are coming to knock their doors.

We’ve heard this BS over and over. Where’s the action? Less flapping of the gums and show more results. Hefty fines not Penny’s on the dollar. Prison time with Fleece “The Bootie Warrior” Johnson, not slaps on the wrist. We want ACTION!
It begs the question what will these punishments be? Bigger fines? Minimum prison sentence? Both?
