Assuming this is legit information, this is huge for Elon Musk. I have a sneaking suspicion that this will go in his favor.
Couple of notes: first, the whistle blower needs solid proof of this. He needs to prove this in a court of law. Early reporting says he doesn't have it. Second, the number of bots does not impact the legal agreement. Yes, it's true. Read some legal analysis. Essentially, Elon agreed to buy "as is".
At some point Twitter will give Musk a lower offer, could be best if they do it sooner rather then later.

It was always obvious that twitter was lying (but we new that before he waved due diligence) Elon if he was sensible business man could of easily got to were he is now without even making an offer. Just get Twitter to prove their numbers then I will make an offer. They would of failed the price would of tanked and he wouldn't of had to sell any Tesla shares. Oh unless he just wanted to dump Tesla at a peak again.
