Conspiracy theory: the lack of new home sales is due to big banks and big companies buying up houses instead of allowing regular people to purchase them. I live in an area where houses have either gone up abnormally high in price for no reason.

You should let people know what type of "trading" you are talking about. By stating you need to trade with half or a quarter of your account it is very deceiving for these beginners. You should not only be inspiring them to learn but more or less experiment with different trading strategies to see what fits best. Stop trying to sound so emotionally supportive to the newbies that watch your videos but instead teach them where to start, without selling them a course

I usually trade with $150. About 3 times out of 4 I make a 2% profit, which is only a couple bucks. But, I am learning and adding slowly to my cache.
Started today in SQQQ, stopped out on a tight stop. so I jumped into TQQQ thinking we were going to have a positive day…looked good for a few minutes. I went out for a bike ride for a screen time break and TQQQ also stopped out on a tight stop. Jumped back into SPXS and ended the day on the positive note but I took a tiny hit on my stop outs. Market was faking us out today with all the volatility. Ultimately think the bear run is going to be the dominant play for the near future.

There won't be any crashes. Find the type of stock that won't go lower than it lowest point in awhile. Look at IMPP. It kept going from .35 (cents) to .42 (cents) back and forth for the past 3 weeks. Somebody can scout for same deal and buy the dip then sell it when it passes at least 10% gain. Hahahahahaha FU CK MATRIX XD
“Buying the Dips” in a long-term market downturn can be very risky, unless your an experienced trader! ***Just go back and look at the long term charts in each index to see how long it takes to recover, unless the Fed is propping up the market, like they have during this over valued Bull Run! 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣

Good advice for beginners but important to remember that if you only have 1000 you aren’t limited to 1 trade, you can do the math and trade 20 times in a day and that 1000 becomes as useful as 20000. This is a good strategy because you are learning and finding a rhythm that works for you.

Good stuff Ricky but I don't think the Home Sales data is anything surprising…I feel this has been expected months ago when rate hikes were priced in. That being said, not sure this drops the market from a retail perspective.
home sales coming down is a positive thing for the market. As this means prices have to fall to get things sold. Ie. inflation coming down.
