AMC's APE Dividend could soon be recalled which will start the squeeze.
APE has just landed on the regulation SHO threshold securities list after only 8 trading days (including today). That means for the last 5 days minimum, over 2.5m FTDs have been clocked every single day!
APE also doesn't have an options chain so these FTDs are incredibly hard to hide/roll/kick to a later date.
Adam Aron now has verifiable proof of consistent and intentional FTDs over the last 18 months straight, to take to the SEC for them to enact rule 10b-21. Adam Aron could also recall all of the APE shares and de-list APE from the NYSE, causing an APE squeeze.

There will be no recall. Ape is to raise $ to pay off amc debt. After amc debt is payed off/down amc will be fundamentally strong and sp will rise to extraordinary heights.

This is why being informed pays off. There is ALWAYS a way to make money in this market! While the market has not been set to easy mode recently, there are still Nft to flip, solid coins to stake, IDOs to ape into, trades to make, yields to farm. Never stop hustling for those gains! The government will not do anything specifically benefits AMC. They only will do something after some big bad things happened.
Not selling bought more disastrous drop on my portfolio over 35k. Hoping that will be some resolution and restoration. Doesnβt feel like a dividend but a dilution or at a minimum a split with catastrophic drop in combined AMC/AMC. Selling covered calls has become complicated and essentially worthless.
<First got into BTC back in 2016 and have been hodling/buying sats at different price points since. I've been through corrections before and will likely experience more over the future. Now when I look back, all I see is regret for not having the courage in buying more at those times. But if you believe BTC has value, then by all means, buy the dips if you can afford to. For those who got in at 60 or 70K and feeling the crunch: hang in there. BTC is not a get rich quick scheme. Wait it out and you will see: you will come away stronger. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 6` btc with 3.1btc in just 5weeks from day trading with Expert MR. Just my 2 cents… 1 Billion outstanding shares = 516.000.000 x 2 (AMC + APE) = 1.032.000.000 shares in total / 100 (1/100 stock price) = 10.3 Million APE

Nice report today Thomas. Iβm interpreting the TD Ameritrade report a bit differently. My take is that TDA is saying that THEY show one billion shares of AMC in THEIR system for their clients and likewise 10 million APE shares also for their clients. These shares that the TD Ameritrade representative referenced are the shares in their system. Other brokerage firms may have equal amounts or more! There may very well be TEN BILLION plus shares if you add together all the shares at all the brokerages.
The problem is YouTubers like Matt Kohrs being a paper hand with APE and telling everyone he is selling his shares. We need to all hold the shares
Looking more at the entities in the 13G… of the 4 entities 2 are millennium management llc, hedge fund, 1 is ICS Opportunities Ltd, their contact info is…Millennium Management LLC, the other is Isreal A. Englander…founder of…Millennium Management LLC….so AMC put 98,029,920 shares in the hands of Millennium Management LLC on the 24th. Millennium Management LLC is an investment management firm with a multistrategy hedge fund offering.Β It is one of the world's largest alternative asset management firms with over $50 billion assets under management.
A share recall cant be initiated by a company..only the lenders can initiate one…and in doing so they lose money. They make more money lending out the shares. So why would they recall APE?
The issuer of a preferred stock can recall those shares . It will probably happen 30-90 days from the date it was issued.
Wake up people. AA killed this play with APE. If you donβt know how it killed AMC squeeze get out of the market and Save your money.
