The AMC deep in the money call options are being manipulated, this makes it so hedge funds can exercise call options and obtain shares without having to buy (call options exercised from already existing share piles borrowed from blackrock/vanguard, or synthetic shares are created to fulfil call options, never purchased), these shares that were never recently purchased can then be dumped into the market dropping the price.
However, despite this, AMC is still setting up for.a launch pad, because these short hedge funds are much more highly leveraged than Blackrock and vanguard, they’ll be the first ones to be liquidated (also, the US GOV won’t allow blackrock/vanguard to be liquidated as they own the majority of shares in all of the large banks)
When these over leveraged short hedge funds get liquidated, its party time for AMC, the exact same thing can be seen RIGHT NOW in DWAC and PHUN.

#AMC #ShortSqueeze #AMCStock

Welcome back to the channel everyone today, i want to talk about the deep in the money, call, option, manipulation and how this is basically leading to the hedges having the ability of unlimited selling. I also want to talk about how, even though amc is falling, it's setting up for a giant launch pad, and i even have some examples of different stocks. So stay tuned and let's make some money, and now i want to dive straight in with the key information. So, as a bit of a too long didn't read, hedges are buying deep in the money, call options and then exercising them to get shares and then they're selling those shares in the exchange, thereby impacting the price on the consolidated tape, but because the hedges are buying Them when the delta is close to one they're, paying quite a small premium, and these shares have already been bought some time ago and therefore there's no real buying of shares happening right now, but all the selling pressure is happening.

Basically, the hedges are exercising these options and getting these shares from market makers who are basically borrowing them from blackrock or vanguard. Therefore, these shares aren't having to be bought on the open market and given to the hedge fund they're, just given from an already available supply and because these shares are being acquired by way of exercising a call option. Obviously, that exercising of the call option doesn't go through as a purchase on the lit exchange, but those shares are being sold straight back onto the late exchange, thereby dropping the amc price. I mean we're currently holding their biggest ever promotion.

You can currently get five free stocks, valued up to three thousand five hundred dollars, each just for signing up with moomoo opening your account and making your first deposit. So i wanted to break down how you can get every single one of these shares when you open your memo account you get your first free share, obviously valued up to 3 500 when you make any deposit, even if it's only a single dollar, you get your Second, free stock also valued up to three thousand five hundred dollars, but if you can deposit two thousand dollars or more, you get the final three remaining free stocks, also valued up to 3 500. So that's potentially up to 17 500 that you could get just for signing up with moomoo, using the link in the description below opening your account and making your first deposit. So now i wanted to go through this article by true demon in a bit more detail.

I followed truedemon for quite some time and he had this to say he starts with i'm breaking my silence to share a revelation. I believe i may have figured out what the market makers are doing with the deep in the money calls they're buying and exercising them instantly when delta is close to one. The premium and purchase of those shares at those levels means that market makers are guaranteeing acquisition of the shares in order to sell them into the market and dump on the price. But by exercising options they do not cause any change in the price.
On the buy side, because it's an executed contract, meaning the purchase, doesn't go through the exchange, but the sale does now. That's not technically 100 accurate, because, obviously, when you exercise a call option, you're getting shares from somebody that already has them available, they've already purchased them. In the market at some point in the future, or maybe they created some synthetic shares to give to the exerciser of that call option, so i guess technically: if they are synthetic shares, then technically they were never actually purchased in the open market. They were just created with the sole purpose to give to the hedge fund.

That's exercising this call option, but then those shares that were given are very much sold on the exchange, thereby the sell order is impacting the price, but the option being exercised. Doesn't this is the same situation with isd contracts, they're privately exchanged between two parties that agree to shake hands on providing shares through the selling of call options to be exercised almost precisely at cost? The short entity can then acquire these shares without buying as they're just exercising a call option, but by not buying the shares direct from the market. The price does not move and the price does not go up. Uh go.

They have a way to cover some of their short positions or to sell more shares and increase selling pressure. So by exercising the calls, they can report a net neutral position for the purpose of meeting finra and sec reporting deadlines so they're either using these shares they're exercising from call options to meet finra and sec deadlines or they're, then taking those shares and selling them back Into the market, creating even more selling pressure, but with no buying pressure, maybe they're even combining these situations when they've exercised those call options and then met the finra and sec reporting deadlines. They then have a ton of shares. They don't want.

So what do they do? With them, they dump them on the open market, smashing the price on critical momentum and crushing large quantities of options that are nearly expiring in the money and when the stocks swing upwards, the short hedge funds are selling any of their covered or naked calls buying out. The money calls and letting it ride making profit on the out the money calls all of these stocks mentioned above atta amc, gamestop, small direct club and many others are all following the same pattern. They're all following that same wedge pattern, the trick is spotting their massive deep in the money purchases when they do this. It's a sign, they're preparing to meet reporting deadlines and then dump the long positions to hurt retail investors.

It's a dirty but legal loophole that they're using so they don't have to buy, shares and create real buying pressure, because someone's partnering with them to ensure they get the calls they need, and whichever market maker is partnering with them, is either creating synthetic shares to fulfill Their call options or is borrowing these shares from the likes of blackrock and vanguard and also potentially, they also end up warning their counterparties to buy, puts and sell at the money calls before they dump those shares into the market so they're effectively all helping each other. It's collusion at its finest and the fact that so many participants with billions of dollars of money are willing to do. It is everything that's wrong with the economy, not only the u.s economy, but the worldwide economy as well, and the biggest problem is that there's no oversight or paper trail of these massive private trades that take place of exchange through there is the contract. But if we find who sold the in the money calls we'll find who the colluding parties are find, who they sold to and you'll find the naked shorts? He does caveat, though, by saying everything: i've said is all speculation, of course, but it is reflected in the behavior of the options market.
Anyone with insight into is the trades and the ability to find transaction records are the only people who could possibly find this out, but this is obviously all behind closed doors unless apes get help from someone on the inside. Who is willing to blow the whistle on the is the master agreements between the firms that are trading these enormous options? Contracts, the true identity of who is defrauding? Retail investors will never be known. The manipulation is obvious to anyone who pays attention and the lack of action by regulators makes it obvious whose interests they serve by ignoring the actions of bad actors, but even though these hedgies have pretty much unlimited selling pressure, i do think that amc is just about To lead into this spring pattern, i'll explain a little bit later, just after i've spoken about the spring rico's trade tweeted saying they call it a spring. For a reason, this is the macro accumulation.

I told you be prepared. The wick went further below my number i'll say that, as you can see here, this is a graph of y cross accumulation showing that final dip before the rip phase. Now you might say tom, how is amc gon na rip when these hedges have pretty much unlimited selling pressure and the market has been trending downwards over the last few days, not only just the market for amc, but the wider market as a whole. The entire s, p, 500, is having a terrible day today, just like it had yesterday and amc is faring even worse.

As i said in my video the other day, many of these hedge funds that are shorting amc are long on the wider market. In a very big way, they're long on tesla they're long on the s, p, 500, they're long on facebook, microsoft, amazon, google and many other stocks and they're shorting amc. We've got some larger institutions like blackrock and vanguard that are long on amc, but have been reshuffling. Their portfolio and selling off some amc to top up some of their other blue chip stocks that are down on the week.
So we've got big institutions like blackrock and vanguard selling, amc and we've got other short hedge funds, continuing to short amc with pretty much an unlimited selling supply. But the difference between these large institutions, like black rock and vanguard and the short hedge funds like citadel and subscriber, is leverage blackrock and vanguard are very lowly geared or using very little leverage like one to two times leverage, whereas citadel and susquehanna are using six times. Leverage eight times, leverage, maybe even more and therefore out of these two groups, the short hedge funds are much more likely to be liquidated before blackrock and vanguard get liquidated. Obviously, blackrock and vanguard are so intertwined with the entire financial system holding the majority of shares in major banks like jpmorgan, goldman sachs bank of america and many others.

The us government simply can't let blackrock and vanguard get liquidated, but some of these hedge funds, like citadel and subsequent hana, absolutely can be liquidated. The government probably wouldn't want to liquidate citadel as a market maker, because they're responsible for so much trade but citadel, the hedge fund, well they're getting liquidated and therefore, when these highly leveraged short hedge funds that are very very long on the wider market, get liquidated. They're going to be forced to cover their amc short positions, thereby creating the amc springboard. Now you might say well tom, that sounds like absolute rubbish, where's, the actual proof.

We've got a tweet here from kringle kitten, but i've also got some proof of actual stocks where this is actually happening. Right now, kringle said i've seen several squeeze plays i've experienced a few with declining moves by between 30 to 60 percent within a few trading days. Until they get skyrocketed upwards with unimaginable gains, it's a lot of psychological pressure and this play is not made for the faint of heart. So as two prime examples, we've got phun here and dwac as we can see for dwac.

Specifically, it's been trading downwards over the last two weeks and i guess flat over the last week, but in the aftermarket session for dwac it's currently up a whopping 29 phun, on the other hand, is up a whopping, 35 percent even more. These stocks have been very, very high, they've been fallen, they've then continued to fall and now they're, starting to squeeze up 29 and 34 in the aftermarket hours alone, let alone what's going to happen in the pre-market and in tomorrow's trading session. So yes, even though some of these stocks have taken absolutely massive losses over the last few days, dwac specifically, it's still absolutely squeezable and they've still created this springboard position. I think maybe there was a short hedge fund out there shorting these stocks, that's just been liquidated and that's caused this after hours run up in this potential after hours squeeze.
This is exactly what's going to happen to amc as well. Amc is going to be falling at one moment and then all of a sudden we're going to check the after hours tape and see amc up. 50, 100. 200 pre-market will open, it'll, be up a thousand percent and it will carry on running now.

I also want to talk about the lawsuit against robin hood and citadel, and a number of other market makers continuing and being re-filed. One of the new counts against robin hood in the new lawsuit is a violation of rule 10b-5 of the securities law. This one speaks for itself, rule 10, b-5, employment of manipulative and deceptive devices. It shall be unlawful for any person directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality or interstate commerce, or of the males or of any facility of any national securities exchange to employ any device scheme or artifice to defraud to make any untrue statement of Material fact, or to omit or state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading or to engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a Fraud or deceit upon any person in connection with the purchase or sale of any security.

Basically, it's illegal to create any scheme which will cause fraud to make any untrue statement or lie or to make any misleading statement. That's not true or to engage in any practice that would create fraud or deceit upon a person. Basically, it's illegal for robin hood to lie under oath and it's illegal for citadel to lie under oath and it's illegal for citadel and robin hood to collude to create a scheme to defraud investors. I think it's brilliant that this lawsuit has been refiled.

Hopefully, this time under a new judge that doesn't just dismiss the case under a massive conflict of interest. And finally, i don't think you understand how insane it is that we have ken griffin stressed out. Ken griffin is a billionaire. Yes, he's stolen a lot of money, but he also has a super high tolerance for losing and we have him stressed out publicly lying and addressing us personally on his twitter feeds.

This is huge, he's actually going through it because he knows it's over. He isn't dealing with it. Well, it shows in his face in every single interview that he appears on ken griffin is losing for once, and he knows it, and he is not happy think about this. He's held its composure in some of the most intimidating rooms and situations in life and what's possible in the world the fact that he's losing it, which you can see in his eyes and his body language means we have won or we will win.
Penn griffin is getting so desperate that he's tweeting about us he's trying to dismiss lawsuits using massive conflicts of interest, he's going out specifically to buy constitutions and outbid crypto investors just to spy us he's doing anything he can to annoy us, because he knows that he's Lost guys be sure to, let me know down in the comments below what you think about the amc deep in the money call manipulation, but how this is pointless because the hedges have lost and amc will squeeze amc is creating that launch pad and when these hedge Funds get liquidated, they're going to be forced to cover their shares. If you want to get all of my new stock and crypto picks or if you want some help with amc and gamestop, be sure to check out the patreon and the private discord and become part of the team linked in the description below and as always guys. I feel like no one sold AMC.. and market is down because when AMC went down people started selling to buy the the dip and the manipulation going on with AMC.

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars I K says:

Buying this dip. No one is selling and makes no theoretical sense why AMC would naturally drop by 16% with such low volume. All shorting, naked shorts and manipulation.

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Gabmax101 says:

Do you think that they are getting the stock this low on purpose just so they can short it more when it's goes sky high?

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Abiodun says:

DWAC and PHUN trade together because the businesses are linked. They had news that the SPAC is aiming to raise $1 billion. Bad comparison to AMC really.

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Philip says:

I think hedgies and MM are screening all DD and predictions retail is spreading, and adapting their strategy to it. E.g. when retail predicts a rip, they surely start buying options. That’s the moment they jump in and let the stock do something different… I think we should be more cautious with predictions and spreading patterns. If it’s positive, we will notice. If it’s negative we can warn everyone.. Don’t you think?

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Weston8118 says:

Ok so it's all speculation but from what you explained and what is happening it seems like that bis obviously what they are doing! Then as you said it's a dirty loophole but they can and looks like they are doing this and getting done what they need done and we are losing! So, cause of this it makes a lot of people scared that we would end up losing our investment in these stocks persuading people to sell before they are at a total lose! At very least thinking about selling for sure!! Something to think about, thanks for the insight Tom !!

Guys, we are currently in a simulation. What if they are testing our emotions to gather data on how we respond with volatility. If we freak out over $5 moves what you think we are going to do when its $500 swings, $1,000 swings. DO NOT SHOW EMOTION. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EMOTIONS. Have your number, and do not sell until it hits your number. If they tear us apart over $5 we will limit the sqeeze when its bigger swings

My theory is that HFs are jockeying the prices of many stocks to a 'starting position'
They cannot allow people to ride their investments from one squeeze to another, to another, that would kill them, they need one sudden MOASS for all stocks that they might survive

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Beattie says:

Thomas, what is stopping hedge funds from continuing to create more and more synthetics and selling them to the hedge funds that get margin called. Could all these transactions take place out of the lit market therefore never affecting the real price and we stay in limbo forever?

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars 지완 μ„œ says:

Apes! I told you several times! If you stay still, you can't go to the moon. Citadel can manipulate its stock price and drop it with 100 shares. Can't you believe it after experiencing it? If the number of shares was limited, we would have won, but Citadel could create unlimited synthetic stocks and Griffin said it himself. I'm done securing inventory. It means that it was taken indefinitely. What did SEC do? It made time for the bill to be revised and it can be said that it has been filmed indefinitely. When Wall Street collapsed, we suffered a lot. It's very hard to get hit twice. But there was another opportunity. During the game stop. But Robin Hood, a drug addict, pulled the button, too. What is he doing right now? They are filling their stomachs with the money of the apes. Is this really a just and fair trade? You want a fair and fair deal, but if you stay still, the stock price will rise? That's so funny! And what are the people who set the mood for this incident doing now? Apes! We need to get a hold of ourselves now! You will have to find a way to file a group manipulation suit or to inform the world of crimes committed by criminal organizations. What I said was not fake news. I sincerely leave a message in the hope that our apes will win.

AMC's last 3 quatres have been amazing in terms of revenue:
    1 (30/3/2021)
    Revenue: 148m
    Gross Profit: 116m

    2 (29/6/2021)
    Revenue: 444m
    Gross Profit: 319m

    3 (29/9/2021)
    Revenue: 763m
    Gross Profit: 543m

Fundamentals are improving vastly every quatre not to mention their cost of revenue is extremely low! The only thing that can derail this now is if we have another 2020 Corona like crash and everything gets locked down again.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars CODY says:

The more AMC drops, the more I buy, the bigger the squeeze. Nobody is selling so let them create more fake shares, soon they will be forced to buy them from us at our price. HODL
