THE GREAT RESIGNATION:
The Great Resignation is the opportunity almost everyone needs, to completely redesign their life exactly, how they want it. People are fed up with being taken advantage of, and have recognised that the internet offers them the ability to make far more money, and all from the comfort of their own homes. 4.5 million Americans have quit their job and become entrepreneurs, and the numbers are still climbing!
THE SHIFT IN POWER:
So why is this happening? Well it’s all to do with the shift in power from the big companies to the everyday person. As you’re probably aware, during the pandemic many people started working remotely, using technology like Zoom and therefore spending more time at home with their families. There has also been a huge increase in gig workers being used by companies, instead of full time employees. Creating a huge window of opportunity for self employed entrepreneurs to make sweet profit.
Currently workers hold so much power, so much so that Amazon has been offering new employees signing bonuses of over $4,000, just to work for them!
HOW TO PROFIT FROM THE GREAT RESIGNATION:
So now we know exactly what’s happening with this great resignation and that the opportunity is slowly closing, let’s talk about how you can profit, before it’s too late!
The mainstream want to talk negatively about the great resignation, they don’t want a world of people working for themselves. They want to keep you stuck in the system, making pointless things that we don't need. So they’ll throw so many facts and figures at you about how many small businesses fail in the first year. Watch the entire video for steps on exactly how to profit from this historic event.

The great resignation will turn hundreds of everyday people into millionaires, and if you want to join them, then you need to know how to profit from it before it's too late. Hi guys it's mark. So currently, power is shifting away from huge corporations and into the hands of the people. However, i'm not sure how long this window of opportunity will stay open.

So it's about time i talked about it. The great resignation is the opportunity. Almost everyone needs to completely redesign their life, exactly how they want it. When i was around 20 years old, i actually quit my job and went self-employed.

I was fed up with being pushed around by my manager, who had very poor leadership skills. People thought i was crazy as back then it was almost unheard of to just quit. Normal was considered working in the same job for your entire life, but times have certainly changed, and now this just doesn't happen. People are fed up of being taken advantage of and have recognized that the internet offers them the ability to make far more money and all from the comfort of their own homes to be exact.

In april 2021, the u.s bureau of labor statistics revealed a staggering figure of resignations: 3.99 million. This was a record-breaking number at the time, but by november 2021 the level of people quitting their jobs reached. A new peak of 5.5 million americans shattering the previous record. I'm just imagining a bunch of people telling their bosses to get stuffed, but if my employees are watching this, please don't quit.

I love you all the term. The great resignation was first coined by a guy called anthony klotz. When he told bloomberg when there's uncertainty, people tend to stay put, so there are pent up resignations that didn't happen over the past year. The great resignation is coming.

This makes complete sense, as during the pandemic, people were probably only focused on one thing, making sure they had a steady income, so they could feed their families and get through the bad times, but now we're coming out of the other side of it. It makes perfect sense that people are putting more importance on their lifestyle, we're seeing the biggest increase in resignations from the 30 to 45 year old age group. The number of people quitting it has actually increased a staggering 20 between 2020 and 2021.. If this trend continues just imagine how many people are going to join the great resignation in 2022 alone, i personally think there'll be a much greater increase in resignations from the 20 to 25 age group, because they are becoming much more financially literate and focusing on improving Their high income skills from a young age.

I also believe that they have such an advantage as they've grown up with technology and can interact with it in a way that most older people just can't. But this isn't just isolated to one sector. It's happening across multiple industries simultaneously, it's understandable that people are just not satisfied with their working environments, anymore and they're, demanding a better work-life balance. After all, you only live once sectors particularly impacted with the leisure and hospitality industries.
This is somewhat due to the pandemic, causing employers to slash hours. The huge crisis is also awakening. People to the fact that one income stream aka a job just isn't stable enough to support them in the ever-changing landscape that we live in. So why is this happening? Well, it's all to do with the shifting power from the big companies to the everyday person.

As you're probably aware, during the pandemic, many people started working remotely using technology like zoom and therefore spending more time at home with their families. They realized they could get all their work done and in the time they would usually spend commuting to the office start some kind of side hustle and increase their income. This kind of work from home culture hasn't been possible before, but the pandemic gave the perfect mix of technology and opportunity. The big corporations are scared, as this challenges their toxic work culture as they know it's going to be much harder to force everyone back into the offices.

As now they've seen, the grass is greener. On the other side, there's also been a huge increase in gig workers. Being used by companies instead of full-time employees back in my day, a gig was when a band were playing down the local pub no, but seriously. Nowadays, a gig worker is essentially someone who works for themselves, offering their services.

This way of working allows people to take control of their own schedule and choose exactly when they work job vacancies are an all-time high, which means demand is also high for these gig workers. This is supported by the fact that in july 2020, the number of applications in the usa for starting a business reach all-time highs of over 550 000, which is an increase of 95 compared to the same period in 2019. According to the census bureau, we also saw a 30 increase in the uk. This all sounds very exciting, but, as companies succeed in pulling back the majority of people to the offices, this demand will probably start to decrease we're going to see a real battle between employees and managers surrounding remote work.

The facts show that people much prefer working remotely for a variety of different reasons, including work-life balance, productivity and satisfaction with their work environment. The great resignation could even start impacting us in ways we haven't yet considered. If people don't need to visit the office every day. It's pointless living in that tiny new york apartment that costs a fortune when you can have a mansion for the same price out in the countryside.

The metaverse is also a very big buzzword at the moment, and if this becomes a reality, then working remotely will become all the more plausible. I always think of those jedi council meetings where everyone's a hologram - maybe that's the future of company briefings currently workers hold so much power so much so that amazon have been offering new employees signing bonuses of over four thousand dollars just to work for them. If you feel like you're missing out on these sign up bonuses, then don't worry, because public.com are currently giving away a free stock worth between three and a thousand dollars. When you sign up and deposit just one dollar on the platform - and you don't even have to work at amazon i'll leave that link in the description below just remember with investing your capital is at risk.
We seem to be in a bubble and, as competition increases, these gig workers are likely to be seen as a cheap source of labor and in order to get the job we'll need to decrease their prices. It just seems like a race to the bottom, without the right strategy, of course. So now we know exactly what's happening with this great resignation and that the opportunity is slowly closing. Let's talk about how you can profit before it's too late before we dive deep into this, let me make one thing clear: the mainstream want to talk negatively about the great resignation.

They don't want a world of people working for themselves. They want to keep you stuck in the system, making pointless things that we don't need, so they throw so many facts and figures at you about how many small businesses fail in their first year. It's almost like they want you to give up before you've even started. So now, let's talk about the actionable steps that you need to take to make sure you can take full advantage of the opportunities in front of you step.

One have an emergency fund. I know i've mentioned it before, but i can't stress enough how important this point is. Going alone is going to be a bumpy ride, there's no denying it and without a safety net to fall back on you're, just going to find yourself gravitating back into a nine-to-five job. An emergency fund is an easily accessible pot of money, usually between three to six months or maybe even 12 months of your living expenses.

This all depends on your individual risk tolerance, but i wouldn't suggest taking part in the great resignation, if you don't have your own emergency fund as having no safety net, could cause you to fall at the first hurdle step. Two is positioning yourself in a growing market. If your ladder is not leaning against the right wall, then every step you take is a step in the wrong direction. What i mean by this is, if you start out in a market with little growth potential, then you probably won't ever reach millionaire status.

It doesn't matter how hard you work or how good you are, because you'll be limited by external factors. Markets are also changing with time. For example, when i was younger, artists were seen as a waste of space. It was seen as a college course people took if they weren't smart and wanted an easy ride.
However, nowadays being an artist in the right, industries is incredibly lucrative, meaning you'll make lots of money. So if you're creative, there are so many different growing markets, you can enter from marketing to nft creations to maybe even coding the metaverse just think about it. Architects have so many constraints holding them back when designing a house, and these just don't exist in the metaverse, because the potential is unlimited. If you're not a creative person, there are so many other industries to choose from just make sure whatever market you choose.

Do your research before committing so you're sure there's a hungry audience, for example, crypto's going crazy at the moment, and there are so many opportunities to be had such as grabbing ten dollars worth of free bitcoin from coinbase, with the link down in the description. Now that was a smooth integration step. Three build a machine, many people say they've got a business, but actually they've got a second job. The difference is huge and it's all about the way you approach, building the business.

I like to think of this like building a race car. Your ultimate aim should be driving that car and hitting the race in line not constantly in the garage working as a mechanic. When i started my first business in my 20s, i did absolutely everything myself from the sales and marketing to even cleaning the toilet. This is very profitable and essential at first when building capital to take your business to the next level, but terribly time consuming after this stage.

It's important to use your money wisely and deploy it by freeing up your time in areas that you aren't experienced in, or maybe just not worth your time. The first person i hired took on a major section of my business running the train department. This took a lot of pressure off my back as he had more specific knowledge than me and ultimately he drove more sales. So the overall message of this is to build a business, so you can eventually replace yourself.

It might sound counter-intuitive but you're not 20 forever. So you can't do everything yourself step four, be wary of disruption in life, things constantly change and when we come out of this period in which demand is incredibly high, it's important to be positioned for success. I like to think that if you've got a smartphone and an internet connection, you can do anything just be wary. If you're successful, then everybody will be looking for a slice of your cake.

That's why it's really important to innovate and disrupt yourself apple. Did this perfectly when they introduced the iphone they made their previous product? The ipod completely obsolete, as the iphone could do everything the ipod could and more. This may seem like a very silly business move to make, but apple knew that if they didn't do it, then another company would, let's not forget, when the iphone first dropped. Companies like blackberry were ruling the market doing everything right as far as their customers were concerned.
Sometimes it's about providing people with something they didn't even know. They wanted. So just keep in mind that you may as well benefit from the disruption, because it's coming for you anyway, so i'm going to leave the next video right up there, but don't click on it. Just yet make sure to subscribe.

If you want to grow your wealth, okay, i'll see you over there.
