Love your house: how much did it cost? What a rude question learn some manners? How can my friends get more pocket money than me, you're, so ungrateful? How much money do you make? I certainly won't be discussing that with you boy. You really need to get your life into order, you're drowning in debt. Well, no one wanted to talk to me about money when i was growing up. I feel like this everyday, my parents always told me investing in stocks is like playing the lottery and i just feel like this is wrong I just wish i had a little more guidance
It’s a flag to me when an employer says not to discuss your income with other employees. We never discussed actual dollars, but I was able to determine I was in the top paid hourly wage and someone who’d been there for years and has bent over backwards wasn’t making the same kind of money. It didn’t cross until I left the employer, to which I felt shameful for their treatment.

I'm going to say it now:
I will never, ever understand how or why it's rude to ask someone about their finances.
I felt like this years back so I started talking about money to my friends in school and by now we talking cash facts daily.
Happy I did so.
If children were still given an economics class in high school this wouldnt be an issue. Kids today graduate with little to no understanding of the economy and that is all by design 🤷♂️

For Real. Like everytime I ask my mom she just says "über Geld redet man nicht" which basically means "you aren't supposed to ask about money" (yes it translates to something else but thats basically the meaning behind that setence).
