Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Winning small bets consistently will turn into big profits in the long run. This takes time and skills.
Drop unrealistic expectations like getting hundreds of percent of return for just one trade. Don't place too much hope in it [This what makes huge losses].
Signals that the user is a gambler:
1. The user uses Robinhood.
2. The user doesn't read fundamentals, and reports.
3. The user is into meme stocks.
4. The user uses derivatives without due diligence.
5. The user cares what the other investors buy.
6. The user puts more than 25% of his/her cash into one security.
7. Panic selling.
8. Thinks that unrealized gains is actually profit.
9. Doesn't hold investments for more than a month.
10. Trades frequently.
What does it mean when an option spikes over 200% a few minutes before market close, but evens out a few minutes after? (Options rising 5 minutes before close then going back down 2 minutes before close)?????
