Rivian might go bankrupt. A lot of people say no way. Kevin Amazon backs them. Yeah, Well, Amazon knows about the sunk cost of fallacy.
If you made a bad investment, you take your loss and move on. What's the problem with Rivien? Well, let me give you a quick example: When Tesla sells a car and makes a hundred dollars, let's say they take about 17 To the bottom line: when the Chinese company Byd makes a hundred dollars, they take about a buck 40 in profit. To the bottom line, Guess what Rivian does when Rivian makes about a hundred dollars in Revenue They actually have to spend 250 dollars to get that. They're way upside down.
And so there's a reason. Bloomberg Intelligence thinks there's a 35 chance they're going to default on their loans and Bloomberg thinks they need to come up with 15 billion dollars to stay afloat through the next couple years recessionary years. But guess what? Their market cap is only 16 billion. So somehow they have to double the value of their company or at least access to Capital just to stay alive.
It ain't looking good.
So stick to companies that are GOVERNMENT introduced….(Don't do it. There are enough idiots doing it already. just making a point)

Wasn't tesla in the same exact position? Isn't this almost exactly the same process as a lot of startup not fully operating at 100%?
They had 15 billion, they are burning through it. If the lay offs and other cost cutting methods can show through they could provide a great alternative to Tesla. Musks dwindling popularity with the left and Rivians ultra green business model could equal major success.
Coal powered cars will be rejected by the majority of American drivers. I would not invest one penny in the global warming hoaxers delusion….

Open door has a 52% chance according to analysts of going bankrupt. I doubt they're going to make it. If they do go under you're going to see a massive drop in housing prices in all of the cities Open Door is invested in, which they have huge investments in Phoenix so that could potentially save their ass but I don't think it will. They are what, 8 billion in debt and getting worse by the month
