    Self perception is certainly your outward expression.

    It applies to anyone anywhere doing anything in life, unfortunately when we lie to ourselves that still doesn't change the outward expression. I've known a lot of people who've had self doubts and destructive mental attitudes about any little thing imaginable, and I too at one point was one of those people.

    I hope every one of the 1,500 people who watched this obtained a more positive mental attitude about themselves and life as a whole.
