What at what time do you enter most of your trades for day trading, so my preference is to trade from the open, so that'll be 9 30 a.m. Eastern time to about 12 o'clock, eastern.
When to enter a trade:Researched the stock using price action, technical, and fundamental strategies.
When the price is right.
Avoid buying high and shorting low.
When you understand the factors that affect the asset's price.
When you are psychologically ready.
You wait till you find a good entry. Whenever that happens
