If you think there is no competition for NVidia, you haven't been paying attention.
AMD and Intel are working tirelessly to become more competitive in the AI space against NVidia. They don't offer the same performance, but they offer great value and the line to get chips is much lower than choosing NVidia.
Additionally, AMD is killing in the server side with their Epyc CPUs. Intel has just entered the GPU market and is launching a new modular chip design that is supposedly much better from a business perspective, similar to AMD and Apple chips.
Yes, these turnarounds can take years or even decades. But I don't see the demand for AI stopping anytime soon or ever, nor does the demand for chips. And things are developing much faster these days.
Maybe slowing down a bit, but the way developments are going I can see this being crazy for the rest of the decade before AGI.

Stocks extended their year-to-date rally following the CPI report, with the S&P 500 last up 0.8% in afternoon trading. but I don't know if stocks will quickly rebound, continue to pull back or move sideways for a few weeks, or if conditions will rapidly deteriorate.I am under pressure to grow my reserve of $250k.
I Watch this the next day, premarket it is already at about $770, and I expect the stock will go even higher when the price target adjustments come out.
I am very exited for the long term, this transition to (G)AI will take a few years and then the AI itself will take care for another leg up in the entire economy (you said it yourself a few months ago.. AI has killed the recession!!) sales of AI enabled PC computers and laptops is already picking up, from the internet of things to the AI of things, new kind of games without predefined 'worlds and levels' but with AI generated worlds and levels.. Ask yourself who is gonna build all these chips for these Humanoid robots beside Tesla? Its gonna be insane.. and Nvidea will be one of the few 'picks and shovels' companies that make all this possible.
AI has hit it's inflection point and will only accelerate the coming few years, so, no I do not agree with your thesis that growth will slow down, that Nvidea will match its supply chain with the demand does not mean growth will slow down.. But that is what I believe and therefore I believe Nvidea is a stock to hold for the long term!
Nvidia has had great run and there owner is a great salesman but the reality Nvidia’s doing well in AI just haven’t seen that translate to the companies there selling there products to ultimately they’ll have there run until others come in then push the prices down then we’ll see where there at

In terms of AI and Nvidia's future I am not sure most of the people, including yourself, fully understand. If you understood what was going on then you would buy Nvidia below 200. Did you? I hope Nvidia continues to deliver and smash it for many years to come.

The biggest Companies in the world are FIGHTING for who is owning most H100 Chips from NVIDIA. Because the person ahead in AI, will DOMINATE THE WORLD.
THE magnificent 7 own far more Data then the rest of the entire world, and now with AI they can basically predict the future.
Google, Meta, Apple, Tesla and Amazon will KEEP BUYING AS MANY AI CHIPS AS POSSIBLE.
This is a moment mankind has NEVER seen before.
I am certainly not as smart as Sam Altman, but as someone who started programming in the early 80ies – trust me: NVIDIA at 700$ is a BARGAIN!
