You know what's kind of neat/crazy/subtle about trading? Your APPROACH/PERSPECTIVE each trade/day will ultimately play a HUGE ROLE in determining success (or failure.)
Meaning, if a trader gets too involved emotionally, or if they are prisoners of the moment, this drastically hinders judgement and clarity.
Ricky is CLEARLY emotionally detached from the market, this allows him to analyze factors/indicators/data without BIAS.

That's what's crazy, that the VIX, isn't that bad. Hopefully Friday is a green day, or go with SQQQ. And you're 110% right, keep it simple. Less symbols, is a lot easier to manage. Contrary to whatever these guys try to feed you, the higher the rates the better for real home buyers. The reason the fed needs to raise mortgage rates is to bring home prices down. Although that is step one to fix the crisis, the problem is, they then go back to low rates again. What they should do is keep rates double digits to for second/multiple home buyers and tax double for every home owned. There should be no easy mortgage issued for so called Investments, minimum 60% down payment should be required for such mortgages and no longer terms than max 10 year. The reason we are in a housing crisis is because the Rickys of America obtained low interest no money down loans and jack up the prices to astronomical highs. They are basically economic terrorists.

Now isnt the time to day trade?? Well, you lost me there. We day traders love volatility. Its the days where it just ranges between a hundred dollars (I trade the NAS100) that I hate. That was almost a 1,000 dollar move. I live for those days. The market broke some key levels of support today. In my opinion, this keeps going down.
