Sounds like a great way to flush money down the toilet ..housing market crashes slow. .AZ is THE MOST over valued market in the country . Got a lonngg mutli year drop in prices. Id sell no doubt . I did just sell my house. BUT renovations will be extremely expensive at the moment and by the time the house sells it will be -5-10% of what it is not renovated now. Housing matket will correct sharply the next two months
