AMC and Adam Aron are being sued in court. Allegheny county employees retirement system is suing AMC over their ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE... $9,000 investment.
AMC Represents 0.01% of Allegheny's investment portfolio, around $9,000, but they've taken such a GIANT *sarcasm* loss that they're willing to sue.
This lawsuit would likely cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to pursue, and is therefore likely a joke lawsuit designed to convince retail investors to sell their shares.

#AMC #AMCStock #ShortSqueeze

Today I Want to talk about this new class action lawsuit filing I Want to talk about whether we as AMC shareholders should be worried? Could AMC be delisted as a result? Does this lawsuit actually have legs or not? and finally, could this actually be good for the squeeze or bad? Obviously tuned and let's make some money. and now I'm going to dive straight in with the curation. So unusually I actually want to start off by Playing Devil's Advocate. These shields have been saying for some time now that we should sue Adam Aaron and AMC for their Ml practice and actually by Swing them, it could cause the squeeze.

Now I Do think this is a bit of a far-fetched idea, but if by suing AMC and Adam Aaron it somehow causes these shorts to cover causing the aimsy squeeze. I'm definitely not going to be mad, but I personally believe that if anything, this is simply a Chance's attempt at trying to scare genuine Aimsy shareholders into selling their shares before the reverse split and conversion. Tony Dinaro said this is a rationally put together lawsuit with many inconsistencies and actually many income correct points being made. If anything, this is likely a fund or has been funded by someone that is likely short on AMC and needs shareholders to sell their shares to close out of their short positions on the cheap.

The first thing I found very unusual was just how quick Elle from Boston reacted and posted a video before it was even coming up in any kind of news articles. Uh, from Boston somehow had the source I Also think it's a very unusual lawsuit to come from a pension fund that has 0.1 percent of their fund actually invested into. AMC Now if you've seen their financial statements, they currently hold around 92 million dollars in total in US listed stocks. So if 92 million dollars is 100, 9 million dollars is 10 900, 000, it's one percent.

Ninety thousand dollars is point one percent, and Nine thousand dollars is point Zero One percent. That means this pension fund is currently holding around nine thousand dollars of AMC shares and has taken a loss. But it seems unusual for a pension fund to be opening a giant lawsuit against AMC for a mere nine thousand dollar investment. I Personally know that many of you Apes out there are holding significantly more than nine thousand dollars worth of AMC shares and as Nate tweeted, he said, the retirement fund wants to sue AMC But what for? Look at their performance.

They've taken on giant losses so far this year and barely any of that is actually attributable to him. See, he said: this retirement fund won't go after the manipulators or any of the larger companies they've taken losses, but will happily go after a movie theater. and Nate thinks that someone is very likely behind it and is just simply trying to scare you the retail shareholders. For example, five percent of their fund is invested into Microsoft where they've taken a 16 loss.

Three percent of their fund is invested into Amazon Well, they've taken a 31 loss and around three to four percent is invested into alphabet or Google where they've also taken around a 30 loss. So why aren't they suing Microsoft Amazon and Google for these giant giant losses? Why instead are they suing AMC when they only hold a mere nine thousand dollar position? And for that matter, why aren't they actually suing Novovax where they've taken a 90 one percent loss on their investment instead of suing AMC where they've only taken an 81 loss? And as Rat Dwight tweeted, he said, why did it take this pension fund so long to start suing AMC Or more likely, why did it take them so long to find an excuse to delay the vote when they have barely any beneficial ownership? Why did they wait two years to sue AMC When they're only holding around nine thousand dollars of shares, Either somebody's behind it or more likely, they actually have a larger short position that's about to be screwed and has a bit more confidence on why Shorts are actually very likely to be screwed. You may have seen this interview recently with Thomas Pettyfy guys. If you haven't already, be sure to join me over on MooMoo the sponsor of today's video.

Remember also has free 24 7 customer support and you can trade around the clock. This is an interview with Thomas Peter P that went live yesterday where Thomas better be said, he's very sad for all of those investors that are likely to lose money in AMC and in GameStop But as Phil for real tweeted he said forget the flood lawsuit, let's talk about Thomas Pettyfy's body language When he was talking about AMC and his Ferry tweeted he said Thomas Petty is looking very drained. But why AMC is only a tiny mid-cap stock if everything is pretty balanced and actually there's more people long than there is sure on AMC Why is it a terrible situation? Surely if more of Thomas Petty's customers are long on AMC isn't that actually good for Thomas better fee in the long run? or if it's fairly balanced an AMC doesn't really go either way, Surely it doesn't make a significant difference for him.

But also weirdly enough, if the majority of Thomas Pettopee's clients are long on AMC why has AMC Fallen by 70 or 80 or 90 if there's no illegal activity going on and again, if there's no illegal activity going on, if there's just simply a smaller of a split, why is Thomas better for you looking so sad and and so worried during this interview. As Sammy tweeted he said, so let me get this straight, she was a push in the no vote Adam Aaron has been attacked and now a lawsuit all before the vote and the reverse split. Something smells funny. He said these shorts know they've messed up and locked in and they're about to get screwed I Think one of the main reasons Thomas Putsby is obviously looking sad is because he's likely very, very short on AMC and he knows this reverse split and conversion coming up is potentially likely to cause the squeeze and send him bankrupt.
And as a last-ditch attempt, they're bringing out this lawsuit to try and Sue Adam Aaron and AMC and try and stop the reverse split, mostly to try and convince you to sell your shares at the last moment. And the reason why they're trying to get you to sell your shares at the last moment is likely because AMC has now spent its 13th day on the regulation Sho threshold Securities list. This was updated yesterday evening or yesterday night, confirming that AMC has now spent a full 13 days on the regulation Sho list. It's now theoretically means that these shorts or these Ftds on AMC must be closed out of and AMC cannot spend a 14th day on the regulation Sho list or it's a genuine reason for Adam Aaron to pursue it legally.

Speaking of which, Adam Iron is clearly not phased about this lawsuit as he tweeted yesterday saying he's going to be a yet another screening of Creed 3. But as I said the other day, you remember that Adam Aaron can only act on credible information and therefore if AMC has spent 14, 15, or even 16 days on the regulation Sho list, that then gives Adam Aaron something credible to act time. And right now, it's also a massive, massive struggle for these shorts to get off the regulation Sho list because the close out of those Fdds, they need to find genuine AMC shirts to borrow. And once again, that Costa Borrow has skyrocketed up to a maximum of 955 with an average of 924 and even a minimum cost a borrow of 705 percent.

That means these shorts are having to pay seven to ten times their annual short position just to borrow Real AMC shares to continue shorting. And obviously these shorts are struggling massively to get AMC off the regulation Sho list because these borrow fees are so high and these shorts can't afford the premium. and as stocks back and tweeted, he said for the record, are stuck with 500 million plus shares in circulation should never be on the threshold Securities list. He said something is up and Regulators need to figure it out because the clearinghouses are having issues.

As I said, this now gives Adam our incredible information to act on if AMC spends longer than 13 days on that regulation Sho list if these failed delivers are not closed out of and do not return to normal levels and if this cost borrow rate stays Sky High Adam Aaron has genuine, credible reasons Now obviously I would like to see Adam Aaron acting on those reasons, but obviously, as I said at the start of this video If this lawsuit somehow does cause the squeeze in the background I'm not exactly going to be mad while I Personally do think this lawsuit is a bit of a joke and it's clearly not phased Adam Aaron at all as he's still Tweeting away I Personally think this lawsuit won't really go anywhere as I said I Do believe somebody's behind it because it seems so unusual for a pension fund that's lost millions of dollars in Microsoft Amazon and Google and many other companies not to sue those companies, but to sue AMC for a mere nine thousand dollar investment. Clearly, somebody has been paid to post this lawsuit. and it seems also really weird how some members of the community got hold of this lawsuit before even major news outlets did again. It also seems so weird for this lawsuit to come out just before they're over a split when they've had months and months to file the same lawsuit.
But guys, be sure to let me know what you think down in the comments below. And as always, guys, be sure to ding that notification Bell because that way you'll be alerted when I upload a new video Cheers!.

RS will not cause a squeeze. Where on earth are you coming up with this BS FUD that you are spreading?

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Pale Ale says:

Thomas before spreading ;FUD,. Why do your own DD instead of posting some elses information that's two years old. Apparently you don't even remember pension funds were buying a lot of AMC shares during 2021 which was well after 02-21.

The Fed is no doubt at fault when they were too slow in controlling inflation in the beginning and now they are trying to do extreme catchup. The pandemic, the supply chain issues, and the Ukraine war all contribute to this perfect storm of brewing inflation. Don't forget the big spike in housing prices, that's another reason the Fed is having a hard time-fighting inflation. All in all, cash in king now and milk that high savings rate if you got the cash. Good times will only last so long and bad times will fade. My advice to anyone feeling the heat in this inflation just trades long term more than ever, I have made over 10btc from day trading with Aaron Addison in a few weeks.

    Hmmm πŸ€”.
β€œSo these shills think giving up 90% of our shares, further dilution of AMC and granting AA and his board of millionaires the right to print additional shares at their discretion will result in the squeeze β€œ.
Suing AA may not result in a squeeze but voting NO to all the above is certainly more likely to result in one than voting yes with you and the rest of the lemmings.

Now they are forming fake legal actions to drag this along one of the last ditch efforts. It cost us nothing to hold but then billions a year if not every month.

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars OXFORD BLAZE says:

Understand: These lawsuits are going nowhere. A.A. is doing everything by the book….read the contract for AMC!! You don't even have the ability to vote A.A. out!! This company has too much debt to ever pay it off. It has never been profitable and is simply sucking money from retail investors to try to stay afloat. June 21 was a pump and dump and now Antara has all the leverage to sink the ship.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kyle Daddytall says:

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ryan B says:

I dont think the napkin math on the $9k loss is really accurate. Remember when we with the APE ticker our AMC averages got screwey and were make our L's look even more wonky. Ill keep HODL'ing.

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MrJohnnyLondon says:

If Adam Aron was a straight with his share holders I'm absolutely positive we would have all bought some Ape or AMC if offered to help pay some debt off. But these shady dealings he is doing on the side is not what I signed up for… It's clear he is helping the HF's keep the price of AMC down. Sounds like we need to protest in front of AMC AND the SEC at this rate. WE NEED TO PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE NEXT AMC ADAM ARON VISITS!!! HE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW WE FEEL!!!!!

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kevin Olive says:

Still a little confused about the voting concerning AMC. Can you clarify voting FOR or AGAINST; what it means to vote one way or the other.

this is a hail mary or divine intervention, this should save us if it has to go to the SCOTUS, OR we will see the corrupt do as they do and circumvent this lawsuit. this gives us time to wake up those with their eyes closed and taking their daily blue pill and buy into the BS of the RS. you would think someone with their head pulled out of the ass would know giving up 9 of 10 of your shares not to mention making billions of synthetics go away would kill this play and leave us as bagholders. i'm gonna put this as simple as i can, what should happen HAS NEVER happened because we are dealing with corrupt fucks at ALL levels of wallstreet and the government. HAS THERE BEEN ANY MARKET REFORM??? then who in their fucking right mind would think by doing this the corrupt wont do what they do best and fuck us? for the record there is no coming back from this your yes vote kills this play. wake the fuck up people. this lawsuit is meant for you to be complacent and not vote against the 3 proxies. do your part vote against and stick to the original thesis, buy and hold

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MWD MWD says:

Thomas your comment about the lead plaintiff demonstrates that you don’t know anything about class actions. These cases are taken on a contingency basis. They don’t pay the lawyers. Attorney’s don’t take lawsuits they think they cannot win because they are bearing the cost and make nothing if they lose. The lead plaintiff has to have some potential damages. 9000 AMC shares works. They if successful collect more than other members of the class. So no risk and the chance to make money from an award. I think the lawsuit is bullish. AA’s plot I mean plan might make me sell.
Sorry Thomas your arguments are not supported by evidence. All supposition on your part. I voted no and I’m happy to wait for market conditions to cause a squeeze . In fact if the RS does go through you’re going to see many more lawsuits imo. I might file.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 175K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities.
