good job kevin, it makes sense to me Adam Aron will do what is best for the company to survive. AMC the company has massive debt and if they can siphon of revenue from APE stock to pay down that debt of course, they will do that. I do not think they will be able to dilute it too many times till investors catch on and start dumping it.

I'm not in AMC, but I have to disagree with Kevin on this. The reason we own a stock is for the rights to their future dividends. $AMC and $APE have the same rights to future dividends. What happened was effectively a stock split, which was done so AMC can issue more shares to raise money. Price wise 1 old AMC = 1 new AMC + 1 APE. If new APE shares are issued, both AMC and APE are diluted equally. APE shares never need to convert to AMC shares, just like GOOG and GOOGL shares, or Z and ZG shares. As long as they equally have the same rights to future dividends and thus the underlying company, they are the same.
