Here's the deal. Trading is not a job. Why do I say that first? What is a job A job is something where you show up each and every day. You give your best, You give your words, you give your average, you give your soul. So guess what? You're gonna get paid every end of the month, right? Almost without fail. But for trading, you can give your best each and every single day. and at the end of the month, you might still not make a single Cent Or in fact, you could even lose money. So the thing about trading is this: it's not a job. But there are times where trading will be good and you'll make decent profits. and there are times where market conditions are not favorable to you and you go into a drawdown and you lose money. So the trick about trading is that you want to make money during good times. and when bedtime comes right, you want to protect your Capital right and play defensive so you can see the good times again and the cycle will rinse repeat itself over again. So if you want to get involved with trading to kind of like replace your job to make money every single month, then trading is probably not for you.
