An AMC Acquisition of HYMC would cause the shorts to close (as shares have to be returned to the lender and sold to the new owner during an acquisition). So this would either end in forced closing, or, (more likely?) a U3 trading halt.
The U3 halt happened in MMTLP and would expose crime even more, a U3 trading halt in 1 stock is ignorable, but 2 of the exact same halts in 2 very similar stocks? CRIMINAL.
THIS WILL CAUSE ALL SHORTS TO CLOSE! (OR EXPOSE CRIME EVEN MORE)

#AMC #AMCStock #ShortSqueeze

Today I Want to talk about an idea that would either force or shorts the close or expose even more crime like an Mmtp. An AMC acquisition of H YMC would be an incredibly cheap option and would either end with all shorts real and synthetic being forced to close or another crime exposing U3 trading halt like an Mmlp putting the shorts between a rock and a hard place. So stay tuned and let's make some money. and now dve straight in with the key information.

So Iron Man AP tweeted saying Adam Aaron Did you know you can purchase additional shares of H YMC for 21 cents per share for $30 million you could buy the entire company. Biotech Moose replied saying Adam why not do it by the company? 71% of Apes will vote Yes to take it private, forcing the shorts to close and in 3 months they could always spin Hof back out into its own company through a reverse merger with a spa or special purpose acquisition vehicle. It' have a new Qip and a proper valuation now whether they keep High Craft private or spin it back out. I Don't think is too important.

but the important part is buying the company and taking it private, forcing all of those shorts to close out of their short positions if you ask. chat GPT What happens to short positions if a public company is taken private. It says when a public company is taken private, it means the company shares are no longer traded on a public. Stock Exchange Saying if you have a short position in a public company that's taken Private several things can happen depending on the specific circumstances of the privatization and the terms of that short position.

It says in most cases, if a public company is taken private, your short Position will need to be covered. This means you'll need to buy back the shares you borrowed and sold short to return those shares to the lender. And it says if you do not cover your short position voluntarily, you may be subject to forced covering by your broker or the lender of those shares. And saying that could result in additional costs if the buyout price is higher than the price at which you initially sold the share.

sh. When a public company is taken private, the new owner buys all of the shares from the existing shareholders, and if a shareholder is lending out their shares to be shorted, those shares need to First be recalled and then sold from the lender to the new owner. Basically meaning that all short positions will be recalled in the event of a privatization and any short still left will be forcibly covered by the privatization day. you may remember.

This is pretty much the exact same thing that happened with Mmlp, but Mmtp ended in a U3 trading Hall Finra and these Brokers seemingly couldn't recall those shortage shares because of how many synthetics were in existence and instead of those shorts being forced to close out, it ended with a U3 trading. hul. So I think in this circumstance, either all H YMC shorts including real and synthetic shorts would be forced to be closed or alternatively, Hymc would also end in a clearing stating obvious illegal U3 trading Hall This wouldn't specifically impact AMC stockers AMC wouldn't be going private, it' just be Hymc going private and obviously exposing the shorts or forcing them to cover. As I said, this would also be really cheap for AMC as AMC has nearly $500 million of cash on hand and is now a profitable company.
so going forward, we're likely to see this cash balance starting to increase. So obviously a $30 million acquisition would actually be incredibly cheap for AMC And as I said, has just one of two outcomes: either the shorts are forced to close or ends in another illegal U3 trading Hall And as a prime example of that crime that still continues Speaker Of the House Mike Johnson recently said the very agencies that were designed to protect and serve the people are being used against them and we've got many examples of that. We know that Finra and the SEC are working against the people, not just in the case of the Mmlp Fiasco but also with AMC GameStop and other memestop as well. And that's why Smokey added saying how much longer will The Fed allow these SRO or self-regulatory organizations to run and game the American Financial system.

He said it's time the government stops ignoring the obvious problem and gets out in front of it. He said the biggest and most powerful of the SRO is Finra. They're supposed to be the body that regulates and enforces rules to the 3,500 broker firms in their grasp, but in reality it all they do is issue regular fines to these criminals and help protect them. Pretty much every single one of these 3,500 Brokers on broker check has numerous Securities violations and yet these Brokers are still allowed to operate.

If regular people like you and I committed various and regular crimes, we wouldn't just receive small fins the size of a speed bump. there'd be much more severe punishments. But yet, these 3,00 ,500 regularly violating broker firms are allowed to continue operating every single day. But it does seem that Hedge Fund 2 Sigma has just messed up as Hedge Fund 2 Sigma is hit by a trading Scandal It says the firm tells its clients that a researcher made unauthorized adjustments that resulted in $620 million in unexpected gains and losses.

More specifically, it resulted in a $17 million net loss and it's also said it's led to Fresh regulatory scrutiny which I believe refers to a New FBI investigation and this article says with dysfunction at the top and the government nosing around I expect investors and key employes to jump ship. It also refers to Melvin Capital suffering big losses in Mem stocks and says the same could happen to two Sigma It'd be very interesting if Two Sigma is indeed the next hedge fund to shut down as a result of large losses and investor withdrawals now. I Also wanted to go back to my video from yesterday because many believe that Citadel actually isn't large enough anymore to receive a fourth bailout. You'll remember in that video I said that Citadel have already received three separate bailouts but may not be guaranteed a fourth as they're too small and haven't grown with the times.
This post says these are the top firms that could be considered to be too big to fail nonbank entities and that Citadel doesn't even make the list of 65 with only 339 billion dollar of assets under management. Saying that Black Rock is number one with $9 trillion of assets under management. not just a measly 339 billion you can see here in a list of world's top Asset Management Firms AKA non-bank entities. Many of these firms manage trillions of dollars.

Many of these firms like Black Rock Vanguard Fidelity in State Street managed trillions of dollars, not just a few hundred billion. You'll notice that some entities on this list are actually Banks like Morgan Stanley JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs but the majority of them are non-bank asset managers. Like the Alliance Group I Think if you removed all of the individual Banks from this list and just had the non Bank entities I don't think Citadel would even still make the top 30. So that means there's actually many entities in front of Citadel that would be classed now as too big to fail and would receive that bailout whereas Citadel now are just too small.

Either way, it would be interesting to see what happens if Citadel's current basis trade goes south, whether they receive another bailout or whether this time they get ignored. Also, now that I've launched the millionaire mindset, Trading Group I Wanted to quickly recap some of the best trades from last week so you can see what happens in the group day in and day out. First, we had MTC or Mm Tech and I said that a break of the previous day's high at $247 would push the stock further. It then ran to that psychological $3 resistance level which I explain in the educational videos.

Now you could have sold at that $3 level or held for the full run up to $486 for a whopping 96% gain. We then had Imbo or Info Bioscience and I said that a break of that pre-market high at $153 would push the stock higher. When the market opened, that 153 level broke and the stock ran all the way to $34 for a whopping 98% gain. Just $100 invested into either of these plays would have pretty much doubled your money and paid for nearly 3 months of group membership from just one trade.

$11,000 invested would have generated nearly an entire $1,000 which you could have used to buy tons more AMC shares basically for free. The millionaire mindset Trading Group is linked in the description below and I teach you to maximize your profits in trades like these every single day. But guys, be sure to let me know what you think down in the comments below. And as always, guys, be sure to ding that notification Bell because that way you'll be alerted when I upload a new video.
Cheers!.

More bully BS from the repugs. They kneecap regulatory agencies then cry when they aren't effective. This gives them pretext to eliminate the very agencies that actually can protect retail (and even institutional) investors.

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars J H says:

Most apes and investors of HYMC have taken heavy losses, myself included, most of us won't sell at current prices. AA would have to offer a good 5$ a share before I would even consider selling. Not to mention risk of U3 halt makes that even more unlikely.

well let's be fair. Mike Johnson is a member of the party that sabotages regulatory bodies on the regular and seeks to cut regulations that would stifle this behavior. it's fake populism from Johnson because he's looking to collect votes.

Help me understand why it matters that more crime gets exposed? Crime has BEEN exposed. I think before "closing short positions" they'll commit more crime.

By now anything will cause the shorts to cover. Maybe when the temperature drops they’ll cover πŸ™„. I like your content but these forcing shorts to cover videos are old now. Adam Aron doesn’t want a squeeze because when it happens most apes will leave this corrupt market, leaving the fate of the company back in the hands of the enemy.
