The next stage of the stock market collapse!!
Stocks are currently seeing their best week since 2020, meaning that in a time of 40 year high inflation, another 75bps rate hike and an official recession, stocks are outperforming their peak months in December 2021, November 2021, October 2021 etc.
Reverse repo's are at an all time high and the crypto market is still looking shaky, this suggests the only way for the market to turn is back downwards, to set new low's.
I expect the SPY to fall below 3400 over the next month or two, as a recession is formally announced and layoffs start to increase, especially if the SEC decides to regulate crypto more heavily - expect a big drop.

Moomoo is A Hong Kong (China) based company… I would never trust any company right now that close to China! You need to check out Tony Denaro’s DD/research he did on this Moomoo company and the fact that they still are doing PFOF (just indirectly through Citadel instead)!!
The stock market was in a bubble. It has to come down. The housing market was in a bubble. It has to come down. We printed $6T, that money HAS to be pulled from the market to stop inflation. Maybe not all of it but I would say more than half. You do this by increasing interest rates and quantitative tightening. Inflation is the single worst thing for the economy. It is worse that a stock market crash, it is worse than a recession, it is worse than a housing market crash. It is an economy killer. It has to be stopped before we sort out the rest. Powell's problem is he is late to the party and is still moving too slowly.
