Ngl this seems like Russian propaganda. Russia’s stock market is stable because outsiders can’t sell their shares.
This video is lacking depth… a lot here is based on Russian official data (rigged), and not independent research.

I mean. Why would Russia tell the truth with the government report?
Unemployment is state regulated, people are not getting payed but are not furloughed. Not a single brand got proper substitute, everything more complicated than meal serve service got fully obliterated due to absolute absence of technology.
Things may look like ru coping with sanctions, but it is only because people used to live in USSR, in 90s there were absolutely same economic consequences – poverty an degradation of consumer.
P.s. prices could fall in the economy mostly because the demand is eroded, and this is critical

The Russian ruble is staying strong because Russia is propping it up. A lot of Russian stats are misleading or made up to hide the damage of the sanctions.
The result are not catastrophic? Tell that to the people trying to fill up their cars in Europe
