This reminds me of MMAT and their "preferred" stock that is supposed to be backed by TRCH assets. But if you googled TRCH assets before the merger, they were near worthless. The preferred dividend is backed by nothing and its made tradable so it can gain value and then the owner of the company can sell a bunch to invest back into the company.

Honestly, this should be shown to the SEC as market manipulation and purposefully misleading information. You said AMC didn't actually provide any cash for APE to be created.
