Listening to a podcast I heard that happiness is a consequence of an experience, it means that since it is an experience just like sadness, in different places I have heard the same thing that happiness is an accumulation of lived experiences that releases serotonin and endorphins but reading the book by dr daniel z liberman and michael e long says that the only way in which the neurotransmitters of the brain are regularized is by being in the present and in my opinion both have theses they are right, but from different perspectives since there is happiness with external stimuli and internal, but the difference between the internal is that nothing has to happen, just be present and be silent to see what the mind and body want to express. In a few words, be completely neutral in peace.

Great episode! Probably my favorite so far!
The most important thing(s) I learned were: Even being 25 years old, it's not too soon to start taking precautions to keep my brain healthy for later in life. Also, things that restrict blood flow (Nicotine, alcohol, being overweight, etc.) are bad for the health of your brain.

My female dog's name is Be Happy. This great interview affirmed that the reason that I am 75 and alive is because I value happiness and helping others and eating the right foods and taking most of his reccommended supplements. This is a testimonial for all the youngsters out there who want to stay vibrant and be happy as long as they live. My Mother never had sugar in the house. She said it was poison. No one ever offers me anything sweet. If they do, I say "I'm not a sweet person". That throws them off 🙂 Every morning I exercise for 1 hour. I am on Youtube show # 848 as "Ruthie Rocks". I keep my mind active and always listen to Tom Ferry and Jason Pantana so I can teach agents how to build their business. I teach social media and CE Classes every week. Again, I am not bragging, I am testifying to Dr. Amen's formula for a healthy happy fulfilling life. I ordered the book already and you should too!! 🙂 Or, give a valuable comment so you get a free one!
