Tesla stock might explode here's why first of all tesla's absolutely killing it it in electric vehicle sales blowing even the asian manufacturers out of the water. But you compare to legacy autos. All of the legacy auto companies are seeing declines in sales. Ford can't even figure out how to make a buck.
They can't even profit off their ford market. And what do you got over here. Tesla. Killing it with growth year over year in fact in china they were expecting to make 71 000.
Vehicles in june and guess what they ended up making 78 000 and this is where it gets crazy tesla produced 255 000 vehicles in the second quarter but if they're now producing 78 000. A per month in china alone that is actually 234 000. In quarterly production just from china now add three more gigafactories. If tesla's on pace to do.
78 000 per month. That's 936 thousand vehicles out of china alone at fremont at 400k berlin and texas at 100. 000. Each that's an easy 15.
Million vehicles produced from tesla. 55 year over year growth folks. If then these two ramp to the actual 400 000 figure. Holy smokes that's another 600k will easily be in the two millions of vehicles produced and that's without even new gigafactories and potentially the following areas follow for more.

With recession being potentially on the way and legacy auto manufacturers working on new models, there will be quite a bit of headwinds for Tesla ahead. Don’t forget that legacy manufacturers all have years of brand recognition and manufacture higher quality interiors than Tesla. So when they catch up to even 75% of Tesla’s technology, they can cater to more of their customers than Tesla due to better quality and brand recognition.
