So in between the Highland the fact that they have to retool the entire factories for the new model 3. in between the fact that they literally told you in the previous quarter that Q3 is going to have shutdowns and plan upgrades within the factory system of Tesla, why are you surprised? I'm actually shocked that they sold 435 000 Vehicles giving the Highland and the shutdowns and the retooling I don't know how they keep doing that now at the end of the day, between the fact that this was communicated and they're actually revamping Model 3. and the fact that they literally told you today that the 1.8 million Vehicles they have planned for 2023 is not change. so Tesla just came out and said, hey, these numbers we just got in this quarter are not changing The 1.8 million we have for the entire year.
Which means Q4 numbers are going to be much higher. So why are you freaking out about this? So I'm expecting the market to overreact, but you got to be the pilot in this game and not the passenger. What? I mean Well you know how you in the plane, you have turbulence so every time you have turbulence, you know the passengers start to freak out. Oh my God oh my God everybody's gonna die.
Save us Highlander Shout out to the boys and if you're the pilot, you're basically like, well, that's just a little bit of turbulence. We've seen it before. we've seen much worse. This is nothing we're still going to get to our destination.
You have to be the pilot. Don't be the passenger for long-term Tesla Investor This is an opportunity to dollar cost average at a better price because the stock is going to be red today. Simple as that, There's nothing more to talk about here now. Obviously there's going to be people who kind of come out today and they're going to talk about all the bad things they have about.
Tesla And they're going to say, well, this is actually already should have been baked in the 450 000 Vehicles they were planned to give you. It should have have You know, should have have should have had this price then. well, not true. 450 000 Vehicles which was the estimated number multiplied by four. What do you get? You get 1.8 million. So if we're talking about 1.8 million and the company just told you hey, we under delivered by 20 000 but we're going to catch up with that 1.8 million, this is essentially a match. This is not an under delivery because at the end of the day, what you care about the end delivery numbers for the year and if you're an actual long-term investor of Tesla you care about FSD which Tesla already won because most people didn't understand that yet. You care about robotics you care about AI the energy, business insurance.
Massive massive, massive upside for the stock. Another opportunity to get it cheap if you obviously a short-term Trader or a swing Trader or day trader. Massive opportunity for you to make money today on the way down on the way up. but if you're here on my channel, it means you're a long-term investor.

Why do we put more creedence in some knowitall's (read analysts ) haphazard guesstimate of earnings or probable manufactured #'s then in actual figures ? It only makes them look incredibly inept. Don't predict… let the company reveal its own details, and speak for itself.

Agreed that this does not represent a miss overall. I am posting this at 4pm and TSLA is up for the day. It’s really just a questions of where the quarterly dates fall. Still it could still sell off a bit for the week.
There are no waiting lists anymore. They close factories because is no demand for entire production capacity. Europe started to fase out subsidies for EVs and protect intern production. Soon others will follow. EV is mature now. Time to see if they can stand on own feet. Problem: Tesla is priced for 20mil cars/year that can't be selled only in US, UK, Norway and few other small countries. For sure not with 40k+ price tag (over 50 with FSD).
They only missed $80 million of profits with “under performing” for the quarter. Do the math for the profit they made and it suddenly not so scary.
