What's up everybody welcome back to the channel. Today's video is going to be an update on May 7th 2020 on, what's going on right now, as far as the stimulus check updates, so let's get right into this video. If you are new here, my name is Walter. This is the credit-card national trainer.

So let's get right into this video all right, so I really wasn't gon na. Do a video I didn't do a video yesterday because I just feel like there's no point of me doing a video every day. If there's like no more of an update, it's just the same update from yesterday. I just don't feel like it and we got some people that are doing that um and we all understand why.
But I really wanted to give updates when it actually made sense and it's valuable. So the update that I got today actually is really big. There's a couple of updates and I wanted to kind of answer some questions first and foremost um for you guys. I do think I got a lot of comments on my video yesterday, I'm sorry two days ago when it came to a stimulus package or a second stimulus proposal.
I do definitely believe there'll be something I know here on the on the East Coast in New York. New Jersey, Philadelphia, it's getting better, but it's still very high and I feel, like you know, shutdowns or quarantine is going to be extended. Unfortunately, though, we all want to go outside. I do actually personally do believe that we're gon na have and a second stimulus, and I really hope that you know everybody who needs the money, gets more money because again 1200 soon enough, but you want to get into that and talk about that actually put the Card up here for you guys, so you can watch that video from yesterday I got my iPad right here, so I wanted to kind of go over some things.
So a couple frequently asked questions an awesome update on SSI well Rober time and VA and Social Security. I actually have a kind of a huge update as a part of what you're looking for so. First and foremost, I got a lot of questions about the bank information. So if your bank information is wrong, but the IRS is doing and with anything let's say, you're getting a paycheck from your job or something like that and you're getting a good, direct deposit right, say you get a direct deposit for your job.
If the information is wrong, it goes back to the sender that could take a couple of days - um typically maybe 2 to 3 business days 2 to 3 business days. I'm gon na say that again, 2 to 3 business days to forward to all go back, and then they may maybe try to resend it or they may send you out a check so for the IRS and the stimulus checks. A lot of people have been having issues there was you can go to the portal and update your information if you haven't done so, if you didn't get a chance to do that, and they've already sent you a direct deposit and it went to a wrong account That went to an incorrect account a closed account or something like that. Youyou do what have to wait for a check to be sent to you in the mail? So that's just gon na be happening now and they're gon na. Send you a check in the mail. Excuse me a check in the mail, so your most recent address, so you know make sure you have your address, updated and all that good stuff. So that's the update for checks being sent out for people who had incorrect information as far as direct deposit is concerned, and people who didn't have a chance but to correct it. When you had a chance to before any Sanat to you.
As far as where are the checks, checks are still being mailed out. I know a lot of you guys are saying you know you are the lowest income used to haven't, received a check. Please please keep in mind that um IRS did started sending out checks. Last week, checks take about 7 to 10 business days 7 to 10.
Business days is really an honesty. You know Monday through Friday is 5 days. 7 to 10 business days is literally two weeks, so that's how long snail mail can take so guys. Let me know in the comment section again: if you're not receiving checks, keep me updated, but also for people who are receiving them.
Please come back, let us know so we can keep everybody updated. This is a community, so keep us all informed about that. We definitely want to make sure people who are receiving them are receiving them as well, and people who aren't you know your art and keep us updated. So that's where checks are sorry.
I got ta, add a little camera issue. The camera actually went out on me, but I am gon na put something right here, for you guys explaining to you guys the estimated time frame where you should be receiving your checks. They are going from lowest to high, so the lowest income to which means, if you makin over 100 grand a year or something like that, you're, probably not gon na - see your check for up to 20 weeks. Okay, so that's the update for your checks and as far as SSI and I'm going to put the article in the description and also go to put a screenshot right here.
The Internal Revenue Service says people with SSI will generally would and I'm gon na say over time. They will generally receive their checks mid-may right now it is May 7th, so I wouldn't consider it mid-may it's still very early, its 31 days in May. So I would say, maybe the week of the 17th 18th, you guys should start to receive those. I know they said early May now it's mid-may and it just keeps delaying delaying delaying. This was given from an IRS spokesperson. There seems to be some delays going on with Social Security, SSI rubber retirement in VA. Now some of you guys have received it. I've gone through all of my comments, even if I don't respond to all of them.
The majority of you are not receiving them and it is very discouraging. I know for you guys and it's very tiresome and it's very worrisome and I'm sorry that you guys aren't getting your money faster. That was really the big update. It looks like it's been pushed back from the beginning.
Now, to mid-may and again they didn't even give a date when Minmei was, but if you got 31 days and a month and you kind of cut it in half just about 16 right or 16 and 1/2 17. So that's why I'm saying you know and it's not 100 %, I'm saying the week of the 17th. Maybe you should start receiving your checks so guys. Let me know what you feel about that.

I get SSDI & SSI and changed bank info in January. It took them till March to get the direct deposit going. I've gotten my direct deposit of benefits in March, April and May. So I hope the IRS has the new info. I don't file but the non-filer tool says I'm not supposed to use it. Fingers crossed that the deposit hits the 13th.

REGARDING THE 1ST STIMULUS PAYMENT, I’m a non-filer on SSDI with a direct deposit and as of today MAY 8TH have not received anything. I have a friend on SSI who received her Stimulus payment on her Direct express card April 29th. I have another friend on Social Security who received her stimulus payment direct deposit almost 3 weeks ago. As far as the IRS site…It states:::
The IRS has already scheduled payments to non filers and taxpayers based on Social Security retirement, disability (SSDI), or survivor benefits, Railroad Retirement benefits. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Veterans Affairs (C&P) benefit payments will be scheduled shortly for payment in mid-May. It still says without having to do anything so I’m Still hopeful mine will show up soon Since I have other friends that are slowly receiving theirs in their direct deposit.
I still haven't received my $1,200 Stimulus Check, I draw Social Security, I've had the same bank account for several years, my friend and financee' have received theirs they get Social Security also, so I'm still waiting very patiently….

With many of the states beginning to open, i believe they are not going to send the people who havent received their stimulus, any money at all. I'm really disgruntled. The 17th now? Seriously? I'm dead.

I receive SSI and I tried to enter bank info on the IRS/gov form and was told that if I was on SSI not to give out any info because if ur on SSI and have direct deposit for ur monthly checks, thats where they will send ur stimulus check . Does this sound correct?
