It seems the shorts STILL haven't closed their short positions, news articles are mentioning only 'book profits', ie, unrealized profits, and the OBV is still showing continually high volume & share ownership, ie noting that shares haven't been sold/shorts closed.
This has lead to the shorts changing their tune, at first they believed retail would sell, then they believed it didn't matter if retail didn't sell as AMC would soon be going bankrupt, but now that AMC ISN'T going bankrupt, shorts are in trouble.

#AMC #AMCStock #ShortSqueeze

Today I Want to explain how the shorts may have just admitted? The Squeeze will happen. The shorts have admitted they haven't closed out of their short positions and likely won't be able to close now that AMC is profitable. So stay tuned and let's make some money now. Live straight in with the key information.

So Biotech Moose tweeted saying it sounds like the shorts are winning, right? But look closer. Short sellers haven't closed or exited their AMC short positions and their profits are confirmed to be unrealized. So this article says that short sellers have booked $522 million in profits so far this month on the back of a 75% decline in AMC. But notice the language in the article as the author is talking about book profits or booked profits, which are unrealized because there's a difference between book or booked profits and net profits.

Book profit is the difference between sale price and the purchase price. The book profit refers to the profit which is shown in the books of accounts but not yet realized by the business. The profit is booked or in the books of the accounts, but is not yet realized and the trade has not yet been closed. It's currently unrealized gains, and obviously an unrealized gain is a gain that's obviously not been realized because the short position hasn't yet been closed and Boss Blunts has added saying we know that because it's in these figures for security sold, not yet purchased that Securities these hedge funds have shorted but haven't closed out of their short positions And Patriot Guy also added saying he knows the shorts haven't closed because all he does is look at the AMC unbalance volume.

So the unbalance volume is an indicator that tells you volume may increase even as the price remains relatively level and eventually volume drives the price upwards. This was originally designed to show when institutional investors were buying into a stock, but keeping the price level, the volume went up, the shares traded went up, the shares bought went up, but price stayed flat and eventually the volume would have a KnockOn effect driving the price upwards. And at that point institutional investors would usually begin to sell. but with AMC it was the retail investors that drove that volume upwards and we can see that volume has stayed elevated this entire time even though the price of AMC has been falling and therefore according to in Opedia.

Eventually that elevated volume will drive the price upwards. So we know Shorts haven't closed, We know retail investors are still holding and we know according to Investopedia eventually that volume will drive the price upwards. But why do the Shorts know the squeeze will happen? And well as Steven explains, it's because the Shorts have changed their thought process and their game plan. You can currently get a guaranteed free share of Tesla or of Google and up to 15 free shares on top of that worth up to $2,000 each, which you could always use to buy more shares of AMC, GameStop or of any other stock.
or you have to do is sign up to Mumu using the link in the description below and make the required qualifying temporary deposit. Signing up to Mumu is free and it's easy. It just requires that temporary deposit, but it's a really great way to help support the channel. And on top of that, Mumu is very easy to use.

They've got tons of technical indicators and advanced charting tools and their own options trading platform. Sten tweeted saying believe AMC has transcended from a meme stock to an actual war between retail and Wall Street he said I Don't believe there're simply too prideful to close I Believe they're completely trapped in their short position. Now that AMC is consistently gaining on fundamentals, all hell is breaking loose. So the Short's original thought process or their game plan was that it was a game of attrition.

The Shorts believed they would win because they believed they could Outlast retail investors. They belied they could keep the price low and that retail investors would buckle and sell their shares to Us, being to the hedge funds on the cheap. But then the Shorts realized retail investors weren't selling. but the Shorts were okay with that because they knew it was only a matter of time until AMC went bankrupt.

AMC was losing money through 2021 and 2022 quarter after quarter. AMC couldn't raise money and their debt was spiraling, so the short were then happy to hold on to their short positions because as long as AMC goes bankrupt, the shorts have nothing to worry about. But then AMC began generating profit and generating new revenue streams, especially in quarter 3 and quarter 4 of this year 2023. And now all of a sudden AMC is generating profits after profits after profits.

and AMC is not going bankrupt. And now the shorts really realize they're in trouble. They know they can't close, and they now know AMC isn't going anywhere. And that's why we've seen a significant uptick in the amount of manipulation and the amount of all hell that is currently breaking loose.

Since becoming profitable, the shorts have pushed us down harder and faster than ever before, and especially now that AMC has announced this insane Taylor Swift deal that is going to bring billions in revenues and potentially billions in profits to AMC The shorts have gone all out. We've seen more short volume over the last few weeks since becoming more and more profitable than we've seen in the last 2 years. and that's because the shorts now know not only are they trapped, but AMC is not going bankrupt because AMC is profitable and that's why Robert tweeted saying shorts, you better rethink by this Tuesday October 3rd Taylor Swift's Erors Tour movie is sold out three times more pre-sales than Avatar The Way of Water Taylor Swift has already pre sold more tickets than one of the biggest movie releases in the last decade As I said: I think these Taylor Swift concert shows are going to have an absolutely massive occupancy rate and will easily generate billions in revenue for AMC and hundreds of millions of dollars in profits alone. And Amcap has tweeted saying why is Citadel so worried about the SEC taking a look at their personal devices unless they're guilty of course you may have seen Citadel is trying to fight back against the SEC taking a look at personal devices and WhatsApp conversations.
The SEC has already been investigating tons of other major institutions large Banks and now hedge funds and market makers like Citadel Citadel is so far the only one not willing to roll over and pay the fine and now Cadel is ready to fight with the SEC over its WhatsApp probe. Ken Griffin's hedge fund is discussing legal plans with its peers, so maybe Citadel is willing to try and Sue the SEC over this WhatsApp probe which I think will be very, very interesting. Clearly Citadel have something to hide in these WhatsApp conversations if they're not even willing to accept that acceptance, waiver, and consent and pay the fine and try and actually take this case to call. And it seems GameStop is also having a similar experience to AMC as well in terms of what short sellers are doing Ignatius tweeted saying so what happened after the good news from Gamestop where the short sellers borrowed 700,000 shares from interactive brokers and who knows how many more from Fidelity He said in my opinion, the short sellers, market makers, Dtcc, SEC the Fed and the government cannot afford for GameStop to squeeze.

That's obviously something I've been saying for a long time in terms of AMC when AMC squeezes, it will cost these hedge funds, institutions, market makers, and the government so much money that it could likely bankrupt many of these hedge funds. And we know that if these hedge funds and market makers go bankrupt and can't afford to cover the losses, well, the DTC Slush Fund has to cover it instead. And when I say Dtcc SL fund, it's all of the other members of the Dtcc that are responsible for picking up the tap. But obviously, this number is very likely to stretch into the tens of billions, if not hundreds of billions of dollars.

And obviously, if stocks like GameStop, AMC and others do reach these unimaginable new high, they might not even be able to afford it now. I Also wanted to read through this interesting tweet from investor: Turf They said: here's an interesting fact: a CEO doesn't have control over a company's stock price. If you spot accounts continuously attacking the CEO of a publicly traded company, these accounts are likely to have been paid as infiltrators to deflect the blame from those responsible for manipulating the stock price to the CEOs. While a CEO can improve a company's fundamentals, potentially enhancing the stock price by generating new revenue and profit lines just like Adam Aaron is doing, it's important to understand this isn't guaranteed and they can't instantly raise the stock price because as he says, the CEOs don't control stock prices or manipulation for that matter and he said don't fool for this well orchestrated Trap by Wall Street to blame your company's CEO Saying it's crucial to understand that CEOs must be very careful about what they say or do as they may be held liable and the pressure they're facing may be a tactic to force them into making comments that could get the company in trouble which obviously ultimately benefits the Shorts and saying that video game company AKA GameStop and AMC has done a brilliant job by staying silent and saying nothing.
And while Ryan Cohen and Adam Aaron have been staying silent, those that haven't been staying silent are United States Senators, Senator Mike Crappo and Senator JD Vance have written a letter to Gary Gendler regarding Mmlp saying since December's events, investors across the country have struggled to gain Clarity regarding both the spin-off transaction and the H on trading. Therefore, we Echo our house counterparts and request the Secc review these Market events and any corporate filings made with the commission. So it's not just the house Committee of financial services, but even the Senate is getting involved with Mmlp. But guys, be sure to let me know what you think down in the comments below.

And as always guys, be sure to ding that notification Bell because that way you'll be alerted when I upload a new video. Cheers.

It’s common practice for hedge funds to keep profits unrealized for years at a time. They use the unrealized profitable position as collateral and borrow against it, thus being able to access cash from their profits without having to realize the profit and pay capital gains on it. This is a nothing burger.

Exciting times for AMC stock with the buzz about a potential significant upward bounce! This situation underscores the essence of staying informed and vigilant in the volatile stock market. It's a golden opportunity to make strategic trading decisions and navigate the waves of market fluctuations. Let's keep our eyes peeled on the market's movement and make the most of the investment opportunities presented.I've personally benefited from following Francine Duguay's trading tactics, amassing $470k in a short seven weeks period of day trading , which speaks volumes about her expertise.

This is interesting, now investors like me that feel like AA has a lot to do with irregularities that are totally within his purview and scope of action are "paid infiltrators". We all know that the paid infiltrators are those who pushed the narrative that AA wanted them to, like the 10 dollars bills and the CUSIP change and that the CRS would cause the squeeze. I think that APE was a trick, and I will never get tired of saying it. I know that anyone that can rationalize can easily figure that out. I understand that dilution was needed, but instead of telling us that APE was a dividind (newsflash! it wasnt) he could have addressed us honestly and say that we would easily face BK and that he thought that there were/areno synthetics and we are crazy… then the story would have been different. Some of us might have jumped off ship knowing that our CEO wasnt fighting corruption and in fact, he was in bed with it.

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chimpzilla says:

SEC going to see that communication with AA and leadership ….thats why they are worried.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars robert ramos says:

I can guarantee anybody here that he will still be saying this for the next years to come by that time they will be another reverse stock, split and another, and another!!!
