I know someone selling mattresses as commodities and making it appear like an investment. Then he has his friends buy it up to show there's revenue coming from the sale. When in reality it's being cancelled. He conceals all that and passes it off as actual earnings when obviously he's fudging the numbers. Now he's looking to be bought out by a large corporation by showing the fake revenue. And he also says he has an MBA and his dad is the CFO of some big name firm. And he's got a habit of breaking contracts with suppliers lol.
If you are taking financial advise from Kim, you are already a loser.
Kim Kardashian is a multi millionaire with lawyers on speed dial. She is not dumb. Just because you want to celebrity worship and give her the benefit of the doubt because you secretly want to be like her one day….. stop. Just stop. Stop putting useless, opinion based commentary on something pretty cut at dry. At the end of the day ignorance is not an excuse accepted in court. It is your responsibility to learn your legal obligations before you act. That’s a basic tenet of law.

With the markets having more put order executions; situations like this are best hedged with sustainable positions especially bitcoin, as price strongly deviated against its long term mean average. The further it deviates the more momentum for a reversal to the upside. whales are currently in a liquidity grab at the lows. Most of these celebrities don’t run their own page a social media manager does. Of course they are going to take 100s of thousands to copy and paste an ad written for them. Guarantee even though she got in trouble she will make even more in the long run from it because she agreed to settle and payback because she didn’t know it was a scam so that million she paid back is a drop in the bucket compared to what she will make from people thinking she is the good guy by repaying.

Whether or not she gets paid to endorse it is irrelevant, IMO. If you're dumb enough to not do your own research and blatantly listen to a celebrity or public figure, you deserve to lose that money. Actually when I hear influencers or celebrities promote a crpyto token the more I stay away from it since I know it will just be a pump and dump scheme
But just in general when someone comes up to me and say I got this wonderful investment that will yeild you 30% blah blah blah. I just tell them to scam someone else

Imagine I murdered someone and got off because I claimed ignorance. A 1 million dollar fine to her is the equivalent to a $50 parking ticket to us. Fines like this need to be measured by relative to these peoples insane wealth or they will just keep doing it.
