Wake up people. He plans to fund the DMV with ticket revenue from his traffic cameras. You will now be ticketed and fined for every single small mistake you make driving and the judge will be a computer. He is doing away with plastic IDs and your DMV license will now be in your phone. This means the California government will have the capability of tracking you, knowing your purchases, knowing if you've been vaccinated or not. The California government granting access to your phone through your DMV ID is a huge violation of our privacy. And it sets up the framework for social scoring like in China. Yes, let's get rid of Gavin Newsom but let's not replace him with a orwellian
