What? wifi has nothing to do with rents. Small little problems would not chase renters away, because moving is a hassle. It all boiled down to security and cost of monthly rents. Some even pays more for security…ie, gated communities.

As a real estate investor with multiple properties I would rather have an economy where there were more self sufficient home owners than a massive industry where I profit off the impossible market our citizens face. All real estate investors would have to find a new value to provide and switch gears

I wish it was easier, im not necessarily interested in real estate investing making up a majority of my income. I think theres a lot of scams about real estate, like Grant Cardone, and that should happen. You can still create wealth, housing has gone up like 3X in 5 years, okay thats overvalued Kevin. It'd create CDO's being non-investment grade, i mean its horrible to have this type of volatility here.
