You probably noticed that talent here dropped 17 in this video i'll, explain to you why it happened. I'll show you the real numbers, something that the management should have done through their q3 earnings call i'll, show you some of the myths and how they can be easily debunked. As far as palantir's performance and, most importantly i'll tell you what i think comes next, as well as my price prediction for end of year 2021 and end of quarter 1, 2022.. So much like any insane disaster.

A few things needed to happen together to create the perfect storm. In this case, we got four. We got kathy woods selling. One 2.5 million shares right before earnings rbc, coming out with a completely negative hit job on palantir, which again i'm going to break down and completely debunk in just a second, and we have deutsche bank initiating a hold at 25 bucks.

While the share was at 27.. So that combined with sham sunker, complete failure of a q3 earnings call created this massive drop, because these drops tend to have this snowball effect, because a lot of people have stopped losses on their account. So once the share price started tumbling down, it only got worse. It's like a snowball, and i don't know where it stops to be honest, but i'm buying the dip like crazy and what's funnier is that even kathy wood is buying the dip like crazy.

She just bought 2.7 million shares back before the price actually started climbing. So she bought the dip 2.7 million, baht 1.25 million sold. You can do the math. She actually increased their position through the past 10 days by 1.5 million shares of piloteer actually same goes for deutsche bank with their hold at 25 and just about six days ago.

The 13 f's come out and deutsche bank surprise increased their volunteer position by 213 percent 230 percent. They went from 800 000 to 2.7 million talented shares in the previous quarter, so they're increasing their positions and for me you know, action talks louder than words. So i don't care what they say: their whole analyst rating they're, actually loading up on valentiers, so you know make of it of what you want now the rbc report was probably the worst of them all, because it completely blew me away of how disconnected this joint That this report was from what palantir is actually doing. The main negativity came from the fact that the growth on the commercial side, which was pretty good as i'm about to show you in the numbers shouldn't be accounted because it came partially from companies in which valentina invested in yes, you just heard me correctly.

Rbc is saying because some of the revenues that came from the commercial side they came from companies valentina invested in these should be excluded. When you actually look at the entire commercial side of volunteer now, i can't think of a stupider that i've ever heard in my life. Now, i'm going to show this analyst and the i mean he's a good analyst he's a top 10 percent. Analyst he's definitely knows what he's doing, but he can't evaluate palantir and i'll show you a similar company on which she similarly dropped.
The poll and i think, he's going to regret this rating no offense to you, but, like you, have no idea what the you're talking about this report was garbage about to break it down in a second hang tight. So before we go through this, i want to show you the actual numbers of valentine, because i felt after the q3 earning call that it should have been done differently. There's so many good numbers there's so much to work with and they haven't done it. So what we're going to do in the next three to five minutes of this video is go over.

The numbers of pilot here, like management, should have done instead of two hours of cutting edge, batman's and shamans. They should have litigated 10 minutes and going through the numbers just the way they are because it's like a beautiful woman, it doesn't need makeup, it's just beautiful. In itself, so palantir have such great numbers. We just need about three minutes to go over everything i wish management would have done that that would have circumvented a lot of this nonsense.

We just increased our cash from 2 billion to 2.33 billion. Also. The other thing is, we have three times more assets than liabilities and we don't have any debt, as you can see right here. No debt, zero debt and we actually have no goodwill.

So all our assets are real and we have three times more of them than liabilities. We also grew revenue, forty four percent for the first nine months of 2021, compared to the first nine months of 2020, which is actually a really good number above estimates. Beyond that, look at this thing we actually reduce marketing expenses compared to the similar quarter. Last year by 54, going down from 300 million to 150 million and the loss from operation tells you everything you got to know about this company last year.

The three months ended september 2020. We had 847 million operating laws, we're down to 91 million. So basically, what happened? Is we reduced our last operation tenfold from 850 to 91 million, so i believe by next quarter or the quarter after that we're going to be operationally profitable and you would think that this is the end of it. But if you actually understand numbers, you can actually see that they already are operationally profitable, but wait tom look 91 million lost from operations.

Well, if you scroll down as i'm about to show you in a second, they actually have 180 million of expenses included here throughout sales and marketing r d g, a 180 million of stock based comp, which is not a cash flow item. So, in fact, their loss operation is actually profit but hold on a second talking about sbc stock based comp, it's down from 1 billion in the previous nine months to 600 million in these nine months. So we just reduced by 40 percent, the sbc plus in the call they actually did say, and i give him credit that alex carr pretty much finished, exercising all the options that he got 10 years ago. So the alex harp dump show is basically over because he already exercised everything pay taxes, and now we won't have this narrative again now, if you take a look at this thing right here, this is actually very interesting and, as you remember in the rbc report, they Told you that this pack is not sustainable because these profits are coming from small companies, but look if you just analyze the numbers here.
You see something really interesting, so 19 million and then 22 million that's the first three months, first, nine months. So if you can extrapolate these numbers, you understand that they went from three million per quarter from their subsidiaries as clients, because these are actually paying clients of volunteer to 22 million. So essentially, they raise the average per month from these clients from three million to six and a half million in just about six months, so that whole narrative is complete. The numbers don't lie beyond the fact that the government actually grew 34.

This quarter look 34 growth in the government and if you take a look at the nine months, they grew 56 percent. I don't think it's anything to complain about, especially looking the commercial side grew 37 and a half percent for the past three quarters and 28.6 for the nine month period ahead of that now, beyond that, i want you to look at this. The breakdown is actually getting better right now, we're at 44 commercial 56 government. Previous quarter, we had 60 40., so actually the commercial is increasing.

The government is coming down we're getting closer to the equilibrium point where the commercial is going to take over the government. As i predicted a year ago, it's happening, you can see the numbers and again wasn't communicated in the call it's shame now. The other thing i want to take a look at here is something again that they were asking the call and did not respond. They dodged this question and i think they really heard the company and the share price, even though the numbers are really good.

Just answer the freaking question, so somebody asked them about client concentration and look at this. You can see that they're up from 142 clients to 203 clients, 42 increase, and if you multiply these numbers, the averages you get the numbers, it's not that complicated look. Revenue per customer is 7 million. It's unchanged and clients increase by 42.

So what happens when you? Don't give discounts and you increase the customers by 42 with the same revenue per client. You get a ton of money now, i'm going to share in a second exactly how much. But this is the main point of concern that i had. The top 20 clients actually accounted for: 41 million per client, that's up 35 from the 31 million.

They had the trading 12 months in the previous year. But for me that was kind of a double-edged sword, because i'm concerned that the top 20 clients are becoming heavier. I don't like client concentration brings a lot of risk, but they're actually getting better. They didn't communicate in the call god damn it.
20, clients, the top 20 of clients, account for 57.7 of the entire business. Now, in the previous quarter, that was 60, so they improved it the quarter before that it was 64, so they went down from 64 to 60 to 57 clan concentration and nobody's saying a word about it. I don't understand why this is really impressive numbers and now we're getting to the interesting part, which is my price prediction for end of year and end of q1 next year. So i believe we're gon na close out the year at 30 and close at q1 next year at 35 and i think we're just getting warmed up.

If you look at five and six and seven years forward now, as always, i want to give a huge shout out to the channel members and the patreons for supporting this channel. You've been amazing. 3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Michal HruΕ‘ka says:

You told us that you want to hold this long term so one 10Q record is like one 1D candle on the years chart so there is no need to circle and explain every part on that small candle {and calling everything bs and complain about analysts πŸ˜€ ). Grab a beer and believe more in your previous analysis

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dennis Shulz says:

It's interesting, how the same people who were complaining about the commercial side being too small relative to the government side earlier this year, are now complaining about why the government side isn't growing fast enough lol wtf is wrong with these guys. Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.

So it sounds like PLTR should fire this Scam "Shyam" guy

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Sea Wolf says:

Palentir drop is the result of the earning call management team not able to explain and respond to question and pushing used car salesman narative ! On top of that, some of them sounded like they were (allegedly blabla MF bla ) on coke

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Yeti Vanmarshall says:

I'd buy more but am afraid all this inflation talk is going to sink the whole market soon.

yo you're one of my favorite channels on this kind of stuff, especially with palantir. I do wish you'd chill out with the clickbait style titles on your videos tho. It' unnecessary and feels…i dunno, cheap? You're content is valuable on its own and the clickbait stuff isn't really necessary, your content can stand on its own. Anyways, thanks for your channel man and for your advice!

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars TSA says:

It went 15% up in a month, one day after I said it (it was weekend) will in my last comment of Your Palantir video. That's why I don't like to hold as long as you do. Everything is a trade, nothing will go up forever…

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MaybeLoveHate says:

I still believe in the company but I am shying away from all growth stocks until the inflation mess gets a little more figured out. I feel we will get a pretty big sell off soon especially in growth stocks.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Wilfredo Rodriguez says:

I’m negative 8k with Palantir, now I’m making a mortgage equity loan to buy the dip. My wife is leaving me but I don’t care… I can always buy another wife.

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars albud999 says:

I saw the share price drop, read a lil bit and see that to my knowledge, nothing has changed with PLTR's underlying fundamentals, at least no change for the worst.
Easy choice for me, bought the dip.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MooseRider says:

if this was the ER call we would've been at $30 already

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chris Chin says:

I hope Palantir stays undervalued for as many years as possible so I can keep getting shares at a good value πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mark Lee says:

Hmm to close out the year at $30… That's 30% upside from now. Seems optimistic but let's see what happens.
    Fyi I am long.

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars M R says:

This is the longest slow burn. Eventually the growth will be too exponential to ignore. This just give me longer to average in. SWEET!

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kenw K says:

Cash flow is misleading if u r paying ppl with stock options. Basically taking $$ from stockholders to employees.

How do you say the market is rigged against certain companies WITHOUT saying the market is rigged against certain companies?

Tom: ^ Watch this video. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Tom knows that there are "GOAT" – target companies for hedgefunds. Once you make it on there – it's intellectual and content fodder for the entire industry.
    The thing feeds itself.

TSLA is also on that list.

Once the reddit Apes get ahold of this – whelp . . . y'all can get the rest

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Nicole Miller says:

Wow, I didn't think I would find a bigger Palantir fan than myself but I'm glad you're out there saying what I'm thinking. The only reason I'm not deeper into this is I'm trying to buy a house and I won't be able to look my husband in the eye if I put the kind of money I want to throw at it before we close. I made the mistake of marrying someone because he is cute. I'm lucky he is getting cuter so it's not so bad that I'm not as rich as I want to be.
