I do not think a decrease will incentivize the FED cutting rates, I don’t think they would even pause if it comes in lower than expectations. The FED uses core and as we saw in the last report inflation is sticker than what they expected. I do not see cuts for a while and neither does the bond market.

Whatever the tHe report says I’m sure the market will be irrational and overreact.
If the CPI report turns out different than what has been forecasted, it could possibly be rigged since elections are near though it could be good news for the bonds. But if it comes out as what has been forecasted or even higher, expect the rates to spike. Great video!

The fed just admitted they wont be lowering rates any time soon, so regardless of the CPI data, i think the "shock" is priced in.
