So if you're someone that continues to take bad trades after bad trades, you might want to listen up. So in this video, we're going to be breaking down. Uh, one of the most valuable companies that's publicly traded. It's a blue chip company.

It's a company that's extremely bullish over a long period of time and again, it's a very simple question that you need to begin to ask yourself if you're someone that continues to take bad trades after bad trades. Maybe it's not even so much about your ability to trade, but what you are choosing to trade right. If direction is is against you and you continue to try to buy the dip on companies that continue to sell off over a long period of time, most likely again, the overall trend is against you. This is where I've always talked about this to our beginners that are part of Lpp.

If you continue to make the same mistake over and over again again, try to change the conditions right or try to change the stock. So let's go ahead and just jump right into it. The stock that I'm going to be talking about is Walmart And before you step away, I Get it. Walmart is is Not the next crypto stock, right? It's not a stock that offers 100 or 1,000% Roi in the next 10 days, right? But Walmart is a company that's been here for a very long time and if we look at the week chart, it's been extremely bullish for a very long period of time.

So again, let me rephrase this. if you continue to take bad trades after bad trades, maybe it's not even so much about your ability to enter and exit a stock successfully, but it's the stocks that you continue to trade are just crap, right? So what can you do? Well, baby steps, right! Maybe you can begin to only focus on companies that show growth over a long period of time. And this is why we're talking about Walmart Because based off of recent patterns, right? even looking at this on the day chart, very very bullish. It recently pulled on back, but why did it pull back and that's what we're going to be breaking it.

uh, breaking down in this video, we're going to be breaking down the support and resistance. Um, entry exit? Uh, that? I'm going to set up for myself. You are encouraged that if you see value in this, you do your own. Um, where I plan to average up my position size Max Loss Roi I'm going to be talking all about this.

but Walmart stock tanks 8% as retailer warrants consumers still tightening their belts. So this overall idea is based off of expectations that they set during their guidance. Um, Walmart did beat expectations for earnings per share and for overall revenue. And it says that based off of what they've seen in October that's what it continues to come back to, right? Um, based off of what they continue to see in October they saw a sharp fallof in sales.

So again they begin to question, okay, uh, maybe consumers as of right now are still trying to potentially budget, especially as we go into the holiday. So they lowered their expectation and this is where Walmart saw a drop. So if you could see throughout the third quarter profits: 1 Point Uh, $153 earnings per share and sales were $160 billion slightly topped wall Street's forecast. So again, they did beat expectations.
But while Mar's full year earning guidance went from $6.40 to $648 issued, came back below average estimate at $66.50 So their overall expectation for their overall full year earnings was a little bit lower than what Wall Street expected. And this is why Walmart stocks sold off Because their expect expect their own expectation for themselves for their what they expect to do for the overall year was lowered because they see that consumers are not spending as much so they're just lowering expectation. which of course Wall Street doesn't appreciate and this is why we saw a significant drop. But then you also have to take into consideration First off, they already Lowered Expectations So it's just going to be an easier Target to hit now that we've seen a pullback right that's already been factored in.

Now, if we exceed expectation and consumers do do spend more than what was expected to end the year strong, then that only means that maybe Walmart can end up making new highs right. But at the end of it. One of the things that I just find the most attractive about this is how incredibly bullish this has been over a long period of time, right? You guys? let me know down in the comment section: I mean this isn't something that offers an insane amount of return, but it's a blue chip company. For those that were not aware, Walmart is also considered the largest.

Let me go ahead and get you the exact uh wording that they used. So Walmart is the world's largest company by sales, bringing in $ 611 billion in 2022. 80% of that which came domestically. Again, Walmart is not a small company and one thing that was a crucial quote for their earnings call was I Know that there's been uh that there's going to be concerns about the consumer's Health This is where we shine.

This is where Walmart is at its best. Walmart CEO Doug McMillan said on Thursday's called, nodding to uh to its firms typically lowering prices. So I think that's very admirable when it comes down to Walmart that if they do see this slowdown, if they do see consumer demand is lower, especially in fear of a potential recession going into the holidays, then they just say okay, we'll just lower overall prices. Yeah, it might cut into our overall re uh profits, but overall Revenue should therefore pick up.

and again, we give our consumers a more affordable price, right? Let's go ahead and just get right into it. So as of right now, one thing that it's testing on this 4H hour time frame, we're testing our support range. Now again, this is something that it's testing. It's not that it has to bounce here, that it that it can't sell off more.

It can definitely sell off more as patterns tend to repeat themselves, but they don't always have to. We have an ascending support here on the moving average, so it's done a really good job holding above. So I'm just going to assume that it's going to try to hold above at this same level right now. Overall Support: It's going to be right around 155 Previous Resistance: It's going to be right around 170.
So I'm just going to go ahead and put this 170 right on over here. my desired entry or exit again. I View Walmart As a blue chip company, I Don't view it as a very risky stock. so normally if I was trading something that was to be considered of greater risk, I would need to wait for more proper confirmation.

All that good stuff, right? I Would probably want to be a little bit more selective with my entries and my exits, but Walmart I wouldn't mind holding this for a long period of time, right? It also doesn't offer a crazy amount of return, which in my opinion also doesn't offer a crazy amount of risk. Uh, so when it comes down to my desired entry I wouldn't mind going in instead of it. Wait. Normally, if it was a riskier stock, I would wait for the break above and progress above EMA which would be right around maybe 160.

But because you know I'm okay with and just because I'm okay with it doesn't mean that you need to right our risk tolerance are completely different. I would be okay with entering as it shows progress Beyond 15750 so 15750, which it hasn't been able to really break above, it continues to retest the same range and then gets rejected. So if it shows progress beyond that I'd be happy to get in my desired exit I Wouldn't mind holding us uh, until we get closer to that 170 price point. Uh, my average up would be at the break above EMA which would be right around that 160 price point, right? breaking above that EMA showing signs of an overall reversal and my overall position size I don't have to take a crazy position.

Um, you know with American Airlines which is considered to be a riskier stock I'm going to choose to trade with about 50k. so when it comes down to Walmart I wouldn't mind going in with 100K Which means my initial position size is going to be right around 25% so that's going to correlate on over to about $25,000 My Max loss on Walmart Again, because it doesn't. it's not a very volatile stock, right? This was a significant drop that it experienced uh, recently, and that's because of of what was released during its earnings, right? But again, just like anything, it comes at some form of risk. So I'm going to have to make sure that I mitigate that.

my Max loss is going to be if it offers a 10% return which I already did the quick little math right. So from overall lows to overall highs, this thing would offer about a 10% return. I probably don't want to exceed a 3% loss, right? So 3% of my Max position size which would be right around $3,000 okay, um, max position being at 100 3% of that, it's 3,000 Prettyy simple right? Overall, Roi is around 10% which should correlate on over to $10,000 for the dollar amount that I'm choosing to trade with. So we talked about my desired entry, my average up, my desired exit, my stop- loss where the support is where the previous resistance is, and the overall direction of the stock.
We talked about why it pulled on back and that's due to, you know, poor guidance for up and coming quarters. Um, but ultimately I See Walmart to be a bulletproof company. It's showing its resilience. Um, you know, year over year.

This is dating back since what is this? 2016 2017 2018 19 I mean it does a beautiful job holding above the moving average, showing signs of continuous progress. And this is again, it goes back to the very Basics if you continue to make the same mistake over and over again because you continue to try to trade very risky stocks to try to make you know 1,000% Roi You need to learn how to walk before you run and I'm just choosing Walmart as my example to you right? This is why I Think it's super important to slow down, focus on the basics and making sure that the trend is your friend. If you continue to trade stocks, that direction is against you. you're only making it more complicated for yourself and continue and you're going to most likely continue what you are already experiencing.

And that's loss after loss because you have to be so much more experienced to properly enter and exit successfully on an overall descending pattern. So again, I thought Walmart would have been a great example for those that are kind of struggling with that, to remind them of the importance of the trend is your friend and to not over complicate your trading or your overall investing. So again, we talk about these Concepts every single day during my live trading session with the Lpp team. The upcoming days are anticipated to be crucial for Tesla stock, marking a significant period of activity and potential volatility. The stock has seen a notable increase in options trading, five to six times higher than any normal day, signaling heightened attention from investors as the fiscal year comes to a close. Despite the broader market's uncertainty, Tesla's technical indicators appear promising, although the upcoming economic data releases and a speech from the Federal Reserve are expected to further influence market movements. Investors and traders are keeping a close watch on these developments, understanding the potential impact on Tesla's stock and the opportunities it may present for strategic trading and investment.I've personally benefited from following Tammy Brockman’s trading tactics, amassing over $400k in a short seven weeks period of day trading , which speaks volumes about her expertise.

Not sure about Walmart. A lot of retail sales are online. Walmart could continue to slip into obscurity. Streaming all but ended the sale of DVDs, CDs and records.

On Friday you were trading against the trend qqq has been bullish. I believe the reason was because it’s starting to become over bought but it’s interesting to hear you drill into us about trading the trend but sometimes you don’t do that. I’m not attacking here but I do try to stick to your fundamentals which is why I traded the opposite of you that day.

My greatest concern is how to recover from all these economic and global troubles and stay afloat especially with the political power tussle going on in US. The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. We need to take our financial life serious….. I recommend stock market investment and digital currencies
