My personal sell brackets explained!
Many of you have been asking for my personal sell brackets, so I thought, what better way to start of my quick fire Q&A series with my personal sell brackets πŸ™‚
Can AMC reach $100? will AMC reach $1,000? What about $10,000 or over? or even will AMC reach $100,000 per share? and where exactly will I be selling? and how many times will I be selling on the way up?

Welcome back to the channel everyone today, i want to talk about my personal sell brackets during the amt squeeze. I've said here on the channel before that, i'm going to sell multiple times on the way up, but why is that? And where exactly am i going to sell so stay tuned and let's make some money? So this is my first video in my quickfire q, a series if you have any amc or gamestop questions or any wider market, crypto market or property market questions be sure to leave them down in the comments below and i'll answer them in an upcoming video, and I want to dive straight in with the key information, so, as i said at the start of the video i plan on selling multiple times during the amc squeeze, i have multiple different price brackets and i plan on selling in each and every one. The main reason for that is because i personally don't know whether amc squeeze tippy top will be. I don't know exactly how high amc will run to the exact dollar and i don't feel comfortable setting one individual sell order at the top, because i don't know where the top is going to be.

Now you may be sitting there saying tom. I know exactly where amc is going to top out. I've done some calculations and i think it's going to be 52 713 dollars per share. So i've placed my entire amc holding sell order exactly at 52 713 per share each, but i personally don't feel comfortable setting one individual sell order, because i personally think there's too many variables.

We don't know exactly how many synthetic shares there actually are. We don't know how many shorts actually have to be covered. We don't know when the hedge funds are going to go bankrupt, which hedge fund will go first and at what specific price points all of the hedge funds will go, and we don't know if the sec or the fed will end up getting involved. And that's where i think, there's multiple different brackets or multiple different stages of the amg squeeze that i plan on selling in and plan on selling all the way up now i guess the first bracket is trying to determine when the squeeze actually starts.

If we figure out when the squeeze actually starts, we can figure out when the hedges are going to lose control and we can figure out when to start selling. Now i personally believe that if melvin capital didn't wind down the fund, they would have been liquidated somewhere in the 30 to 40 region. If we closed in the 30 to 40 dollar region for multiple days, because obviously the t plus two trading delays. Now i think, if melvin got liquidated, they would have been forced to cover all of their gamestop and amc shorts, and it potentially could have caused.

The squeeze. Amc would have ran up and that may have caused multiple other hedge funds to be liquidated as well, and hedge funds as a whole would have lost control. I think melbourne capital would have got liquidated somewhere between 30 and 40 dollars per share, maybe even 40 to 50 per share. I think other hedge funds will end up being liquidated in the 50 to 60 region, and many many hedge funds will be liquidated between the 70 and 150 region.
Now i think the squeeze really starts when all of the hedge funds as a whole end up losing control of amc. If one hedge fund gets liquidated, but that doesn't cause a massive wave of liquidations, then the hedge funds as a whole are still in control and they can push the price of amc back down. But if one large hedge fund ends up being liquidated and forced to cover their position and that causes a massive wave of liquidations of other hedge funds, all losing control at the exact same time, that's when the suite starts, because that's when the hedge funds are officially Out of control and they're all being liquidated, so i think the first bracket where all of the hedge funds lose control and whether amc squeeze officially starts is going to be somewhere between 200 and 500 per share. That's where all of the hedge funds are all going to be liquidated all at once.

If we run up to say 300 per share, i don't think there's a single hedge fund out there that is currently shorting amc that is also currently leveraged. That will be able to escape. I think every single leveraged hedge fund, shorting amc, will be liquidated at 300 or below, and therefore my first selling bracket is gon na be somewhere between 200 to 500 per share. Now, obviously, i'm going to sell a very small portion of my shares in this bracket, because this is when the squeeze is only really starting.

You may say tom if the squeeze is only really starting here. Why are you bothering to sell any of your amc shares here at all? Why not save all of them until later on during the squeeze? Now, obviously, i don't want to damage the squeeze and that's why i'm only going to sell a very small portion of my overall amc holdings - maybe save five percent of my total share count just so i can lock in some profits and just so. I can basically lock, in my amc, cost basis in terms of those profits. I think, if we're entirely wrong about this whole thing and there's not a single synthetic share and there's not a single hedge fund committing any illegal activities, then the amg squeeze could well and truly happen between that 300 to 500 region.

And that's why i'm gon na sell some shares there, but obviously i personally believe that not only is there a few synthetic shares, i personally believe there's well over the flow in synthetic shares. I personally believe there's somewhere around 2 billion synthetic shares, but obviously i don't have any factual information to prove that, because i haven't spoken to ken griffin himself, but that's just my personal belief. Maybe you believe there's less than 2 billion synthetics. Maybe you believe, there's only 500 million or even only 100 million, but maybe you believe there's way more than 2 billion synthetics.

Maybe you think the number is closer to 20 billion or 40 billion synthetics again, i'm not here to tell you who's wrong and who's right because, as i said, i personally believe that is a variable. I don't know the true number of synthetics and i don't really think that anyone can claim to know the true number of synthetics. I personally believe, after that, first bracket and after all of the hedge funds get liquidated. All of the prices above that bracket will entirely depend on just how many synthetic shares there actually are, and just how many of these shorts need to be covered.
My second bracket for the amc squeeze is if we have a fairly low number of synthetics, if we have say 500 million synthetics floating around there. My second bracket for amc is gon na, be somewhere between a thousand and five thousand dollars per share. Now again, in this thousand to five thousand dollar per share region, i'm going to sell off another portion of my holdings it'll be fairly small because i don't want to sell all of my mc shares in case. The amc price continues to run well over that region.

Now, obviously, these 500 million synthetic shares will be brought back to cover and close out of their full synthetic short position. Again, that's a fairly small number of synthetics compared to 2 billion or 20 billion, but that's still 500 million shares that need to be purchased in the open market. I think if the hedge funds purchased 500 million shares all at once, then amc will definitely run to between the thousand and five thousand dollar region and potentially even higher, and that's why that is my second bracket. So my third bracket is, if we see more synthetic shares, say 2 billion 20 billion or 40 billion synthetics, but the sec and the fed end up getting involved to limit that sale price or to limit that purchase price.

Basically, so the entire dtcc or all of the members of the dtcc don't end up going bankrupt. We know the dtcc has this 60 trillion dollar insurance policy, which is basically the collective assets of all of the members of the dtcc combined, because if one or more members of the dtcc default, then the remaining members of the dtcc will be responsible for covering their Liabilities and obviously to ensure the entire dtcc doesn't end up defaulting. I think the sec and the fed will likely end up getting involved and setting some kind of price limit between ten thousand to twenty thousand dollars per share. And therefore my third sale bracket for amc is, as i said, somewhere between ten and twenty thousand dollars per share.

Obviously i'm going to be selling off. Most of my amc shares in brackets two in brackets, three, mostly in bracket three, but i will again be saving some of my shares in case the sec and the fed don't get involved and the price of amc continues to run and therefore my fourth bracket is Basically, the point where the sky is the limit. My fourth bracket is, if amc reaches over a hundred thousand dollars per share, if it does reach over a hundred thousand dollars per share, i'm going to speculatively sell shares until i can't sell anymore and until the price doesn't run any further, maybe i'll be selling some Shares exactly a hundred thousand dollars per share, maybe i'll see some sell at two hundred thousand or five hundred thousand dollars per share or above or maybe i won't ever sell their shares, because maybe amc won't run that high. Obviously i do run the risk of expecting the sec and the fed not to get involved and therefore holding some extra shares expecting amc to run higher, but maybe the sec and the fed then get involved a little bit late and force amc back down.
And i'm left holding the bag, maybe amc doesn't run over twenty thousand dollars per share and i'll be left holding. Some of my shares that i couldn't sell and amc will rock it back down and i'll be left holding shares that i could have sold at ten to twenty thousand dollars per share, but i didn't, but obviously to kind of limit this risk. I'm gon na leave that fourth bracket of shares to be a fairly small portion of my holdings. Again, maybe it'll only be five or ten percent left if amc runs over twenty thousand dollars per share and therefore, if the sec does end up getting involved and does basically stop the squeeze, i won't have left my entire amc holdings to the very tippy top of The squeeze and missed the entire squeeze entirely, i would have sold off most of my shares during the squeeze and i'll only be left holding a small bag of amc shares.

I think if i've sold off 80 or 90 percent of my entire amc shareholdings somewhere up to 20 000 per share i'll, be fairly happy to be left with 10 of my amc shares and selling those at 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 per share. Because, as i said, i'll have sold most of them at 20, 000 per share and below, and therefore i won't mind holding a small bag of shares still and that's why i personally am selling my shares in multiple selling brackets. I personally don't feel comfortable enough running the risk of missing the squeeze entirely. I personally am not very good at selling the very tippy top of a run up or the very tippy top of the squeeze, because i can't say that i've got much experience with a squeeze similar to amc.

I think many of the squeezes we've seen in history have been in much smaller companies than amc that have had a much smaller public interest. Yes, we did have the volkswagen squeeze. Yes, volkswagen is a very popular company, but remember the squeeze was only caused and the shares were only being held by porsche. There wasn't four million individual retail investors holding volkswagen shares during the squeeze, and very similarly in pretty much every single squeeze back in history.

There has not been four million individual retail investors holding shares of a very popular company and therefore because i don't have this kind of experience, because this is a one-off black swan event where we haven't in history. Before had four million retail investors holding the same stock with a massive amount of synthetic shares, i personally don't feel confident trying to time the very top with my entire amt shareholding. As i said, maybe you do feel comfortable trying to time the top with your entire 100 of your amc shares and if you do feel confident, then absolutely go for it. Obviously, this isn't financial advice because i'm not a financial advisor, so i can't tell you what to do with your amc shares.
I'm just saying that me personally, i'm setting multiple selling brackets because i don't feel confident enough to time the very top with my entire amc shareholding, but guys be sure to leave a comment down below and ding that notification bell, because that way you'll be alerted. When i upload a new video cheers.

Manage expectations – if the other side loses control or are broken – expect intervention in the low to mid hundreds (just my honest opinion). If we run to mid hundreds or higher it will be after hours or pre market. Please dont be greedy and have a number that equals a follow on play or elimination of debt / investing in assets; also be mindful of taxes. My gut tells me this doesnt end until Citadel breaks.
