What setting on the thinkorswim platform do you have with memory?
Because i see on ur live trading ur time and sales doesnt refresh/remove the transactions for a long time, when the customer service said it refreshes every 5 minutes.
How come ur time and sales doesnt refresh that often at all?

Quick question! How do I get that extended grey area to the right end of the chart.
When I trade my candles sticks pop up at the very end of the chart and it's very annoying.
It looks great to have that extended region and not have to see the candle to pop up from very end of the chart.
