What's going on guys, it's ricky and i'm heading on over to my old house, where pretty much you know, everything has always been filmed and the remodel is done. So i want to thank you guys for your patience. It took a little bit longer than i thought, but i'm excited to show you the remodel and the whole process. I'm gon na break down all the numbers once we sell the house, but you guys can.

You guys can see, there's still some old stuff, but i actually haven't seen it. So i wanted you guys to see my reaction as i see it for the first time, so i'm pumped okay, formal dining, yep or formal living, formal, dining, nice.

I haven't seen okay, the chandeliers are different. I think we're gon na drop them a little bit more. I told nick um i wanted them to drop 12 feet. Instead, i think they had like 10 feet so a little bit more uh.

They still have to put up the tvs that were the tv up there wow having some. We never really had a dinosaur later. I feel like it really makes it look a little smaller now yeah. What do you think about the granite black and white? A lot more modern? In my opinion, yeah? Oh yeah, i just i wasn't the biggest fan of doing like white on white.

I just felt, like the house was already so white, so i thought black on white or black on kind of like this white on white would have been too much. Do you think so, especially because the water light the backsplash yeah sideways diamond subway tile, not bad right? I feel, like you, don't really see picked by yours truly white cabinets, so we reuse them just repainted them. We got more of uh, obviously they're, almost very similar to the other ones. We had they're just now, matte black chandelier lighting.

We didn't have that before we actually just had caps, we never actually didn't. I think that looks dope. That might just be my opinion. Okay, the backyard isn't finished being staged, so they start to work on that right.

A big master obviously definitely did not have mine set up like this. This is actually what i, when i did a house tour. When i lived here, one of the most common things is like look at my six thousand square foot house. Yet i don't use any of it cause we just wouldn't furnish it really.

So i don't know about fits, looks kind of weird, but the stage this is view because we're supposed to reuse the old one and we just ended up getting new ones. So we have the drop the water from that falls from above right. We had that before and then now this, but now we just change the faucet colors. We ran tile all the way across.

We gave it some accent down there and then the black accents. This is probably one of my favorite things. I know they still need to finish this. The water is going to just pour into the tub and compare.

I just felt like when i lived here, there's so much brown, so many different, browns and stuff like that. I think now it's so much more updated where and there's more room here than his and her right. This is probably one of my i told mike i was like this is probably one of my favorite chandeliers. I think it's a hit or miss, so you did a lot better.

You hate it. So this is my first time seeing the carpet nick uh nick and i were like debating on what kind of carpet to use. Um people are saying, oh, maybe run tile upstairs. This is a family, especially with younger kids, carpets kind of like needed, especially on the upstairs area.

You guys can. Let me know down below what you think, but we went with something that kind of matched the flooring downstairs. So it's a fluid transition. So let's go ahead and check it out, so the baseboards all along the house are five to six inches, just a square finish.

I thought it was simple easy. There still needs to be touch-ups on, like the walls and stuff like that, so yeah. This definitely needs to drop a little bit more. This is like 8 to 10 feet, but it can drop down to 12..

I just think it'd be really dope as you walk down. Imagine just the chandelier all the way down, but that looks fun. Imagine if we, when we lived here, imagine that being there. That would not be good news.

Oh no chandelier lighting up here again with the gold accent this bar wow. I like this painting. This looks dope clean. This needs to be retouched, but much more modern.

Wouldn't you say, uh movie room still needs to be staged uh. This was one thing that um also in the living room. I'm sorry in the washroom we're like. Should we use the same granite that we use in all the bathrooms and all the countertops alongside the house, or should we change it up so actually in the laundry room and in this passageway we use a different type of it's not granite, but it's also not Composite it's like a.

I forgot what it was called, but white black looks pretty clean and again we gave it that backsplash as well. One of the things that i did like is just in case this next owner does have a family. This one kept the tub. So, according to our flips and what i've understood, everything's pretty much the same layout that one kept a tub downstairs in that spare room and in this other spare room that used to be with uh.

What's the german justin's room now that one has a walk-in shower check that bad boy out, but check this out? This would have been way too nice for justin and weston the two dirtiest guys in our group, not good. It used to be justin's room. This would be weston's room. This is where all the magic used to happen.

Michael's office death setup was on. The left line was on the right just have to compete on this side. This way just to have the think outside the box on this side and then whatever yeah, there's a bull boy fly here, but uh now, there's no more carpet, i feel like it definitely makes sense as an office but yeah. I have owned this house since september of 2018, so it's been nearly four years.

I think, by the time that we actually close on it, it'd be pretty close to four years um. It's been crazy to not just know about the memories that we've made here, but also how much gilbert has appreciated. So both on the memory side and, of course, on the you know, appreciation side. I think there was an overall great investment not only for the memories but, of course, the ones that we don't even remember, but uh yeah, if you guys, have any questions, i'd love to connect again, we do invest in the uh arizona area, most of the households That we do are all under you know: half a million uh, at least the majority of them.
