But are you putting this out so people can buy from you? Why are people saying that there is going to be a crash? What do you know what they don't? There is so many people out there saying it's 2008 all over again.

Sage advice, we have a sea of over priced homes in San Diego where homes were not priced based on the comps. This doesn't work in any normal market. Looking forward to a market where sellers aren't afraid of selling because they might not catch the top.
