With Pest Control specifically, when you say I've got a bunch of As right here for people who've signed up, here's what I would do to create neighbourhood responsibility:
"Pest Control isn't just a house by house issue; it's something that affects an entire neighbourhood and Beyond. Here's the thing: if we get enough of you and your neighbours to sign up, the pest control will take care of the problem for a long time. If however, we only get 30% of the neighbourhood to sign up, that leaves 70% of houses unprotected, and 70% of the pest population that can creep back in."

I like how you met their needs like actually helped them feel like they were getting benefits out of this, you weren't just trying to get them to give you money. You were genuin and I feel people will trust companies like that far more and easily want to remain customers because of that.
