There is no f$cking way I'm getting a third Pfizer dose. The second almost killed me, completely messed up my heart and I'm 6 weeks post, only just starting to recover and can't get into a cardiologist in Australia for a month because they are fully booked out everywhere for echocardiograms. Which the receptionist said has never happened before.

Welcome to the fold, many of us have been speculating and talking about this for a year now… Life tends to favor mutations that are less invasive to a host. A disease that effects it's host to a less severity have a better chance of being dominant… because it doesn't kill it's host at a high rate.

That could be an interesting approach to fight future virus pandemics. Manipulating the Virus such that it is dominant and less severe. Could be a better solution than always getting the updated vaccine.

Mutations are expected. We just gotta complete the dose of vaccine and the booster, this is the new normal.

1. When a virus mutates, it is not more likely to be less severe, dangerous, deadly etc. There is not a linear process whereby mutations are milder. Also viruses don't get milder so as not to kill hosts, that's a myth. Spanish flu pandemic ended because everyone was dead. Viruses are as stupid as humans, they'll destroy themselves to destroy others!
2. Mutations don't happen in the air, they develop in a host body. So an infected person, typically unvaccinated/immunocomprimised without t-cell response, is ground zero for each variant. The more hosts infected, significantly more likely to cause further variants . Each new variant is bad, not good, because a variant is as likely to be more contagious, more deadly.
3. FML I'm so tired of this f-ing pandemic
