learned about the flashing red, green and white, which wasn't in other YT'er's videos about L2. But didn't cover the ghost orders that get pulled back. Maybe in the next. EDITED. SPOOFING, was covered in 2019 video. All good.
Spoofing can only work with limit orders, no?

Hi There!! Thank you for your video!! I do have a question. My son is an excellent trader, and says sometimes there are fake buyers, or they pull the buy right before. Can you comment on this so I understand fake buyers of when to think they might pull their order. Thank you!! Appreciate your assistance!!

Why do the colors on the same rows differ from them occasionally , like bid price will be red but the bid size on that same row will be green. Does anybody have this answer ? ive been searching for the answer for awhile now

Either this narrator doesn't understand Level 2, himself; or he does understand Level 2 but doesn't know how to teach it. I am not sure which.
For starters, he doesn't have a grasp of terminology. The video is also nothing but idle chat for the first seven minutes which means he wastes our time.
Plus, the content is so elementary that anybody with only a beginner's knowledge of Level 2 could have produced this video.
There are numerous introductory tutorials on Level 2 at YouTube, like this one. They are a dime-a-dozen, and all of them are worthless.
What is more difficult to find is a tutorial at the intermediate or advanced level of instruction, where the person giving the Level 2 instruction demonstrates that they really understand Level 2 and profit at day-trading from it.
Not useful. Spend 15 min explaining green means up and red is down.

Late to add my comment. A word of thought if you see a large number on the ask then all of a sudden a large number shows on the bid but either goes to a 0 or disappears it is a trick to get price to go up for the seller to sell off shares at their price or higher. It's a technique that huge funds use to basically price gouge. Have noticed it a bit and have had it happen to myself a couple of times. Just keep an eye on that lvl 2

Great video but can you elaborate on how to identify strong sell pressure or buy pressure and how do we thorughly read Time & Sales or can you do a live trade video using L2s and T&Ss?
In thinkorswim the price tag will change green red white representing the lv2 move on the side of the chart. However you miss the actual information. But something to keep in mind.
I understand the share size is listed as an OPTION ,so every one share showed is really 100 or one contract
There is no side bar on my time and shares and it's completely blank? Anyone know whats going on right off hand?
