I want to use hot keys to draw on my charts like I can do in Trade Station. I have lots of hot keys there for many functions. It doesn’t look like I can do that in TOS.
Great detailed comprehensive explanation 👍 ……but terrible logic….. I could not live without hot keys….. if you want 15000 shares of something, then just buy 3×5000 and sell 3×5000…. or size up or down in fractions of a second…. reduce increment size and buy/sell with lightning speed

I can't get mine to work
Hot keys for one are excellent for hyper scalpers who take full lots to get in and get out fast. Also I dont believe its the case in TOS but on Webull I can automatically set a stop. without having to type in my stop loss order. So if I see something moving quick in the AM I can get in quick without missing the trade because I was worried about entering my stop loss.

Why not just paper trade in active hours so we can see the trades going thru. Good intentions, bad execution. Both thumbs up and dislike…

if after typing in 5000 on your last example, you had pressed control C once at an bid of lets say 4.00 then the bid price dropped to 3.90 and your pressed control c again: would you have sold 10000 shares at an average ask of 3.95?
