I have a normal job. Stocks goal is $50 a day (~$12k a year). It's as if I gave myself a 10%raise at work. Dont get greedy, dont turn a greed day into red because you want to become a millionaire overnight.

But one question I am facing very often that how do you pick stocks that are good for a profitable business and analysis.. because there are thousands of them on the exchange.. how to look for good stocks
My first trade is usually a loser and i spend all day trying to get green and end up racking up huge commission fees and more losses.

Any tips on being a day trader with under 25k in your account and can only do 3 trades a week?
And tips on how to grow an account that way?
Project option did a test where they pulled out at 100% loss on bad calls and one account that pulled out of wins at 50% gain….in the end the 100% loss account made twice as much as the 50% gain account. It was an interesting look at long term growth vs short term gains.

I could not agree more. MHO this is one of the most important videos Ricky has made. When I transitioned to managing losses vs making money I actually started making more money. For me I stopped using gambling terms like “all in”, nailed it, and replace words like playing or played to trading or traded. Made a world of difference for me. All about the mindset. I treat my trading more like a business and mind my pennies. The Dollars then tend to take care of themselves.
I have had those problems as well, get up and then give back profit. I also do the best the first 2-3 hours of market open and after that terrible. Maybe thats the formula. Institutional Investors usually trade during pre market which makes me wonder why?

And your goal is what, sounds like your teaching one thing and doing another . LOL
My biggest struggle is time frames. I think I have a buy in perfect on 4 hr or daily and then go to a smaller time frame to pick best entry and its all no no no don't buy. I cant seem to get may head around it the opposite information that time frames throw at me. This may seem weird but I struggle.

I've got the over-trading bug bad, I've got post it notes on my computer saying don't do it, I've started writing down all my trades with rationale but I'm still doing it. I know I'll over come it but it's a really difficult habit to stop.
