I got the same rate from a different lender and i'm like that's great, but i bet that other lender is charging you at least a thousand to two thousand dollars in loan origination fees. If you were to call one of these companies - let's say a really big one here quicken if you were to go, get retail pricing at quicken. I doubt they're going to give you that 3.25 rate and even if they are going to give you that rate they're going to give it to you at a very expensive price plus, as you can see, if you went to quicken on this day.

For this specific scenario, you're gon na pay a thousand dollars to get that rate. Whereas if you were to come to me, i'd say: look we're not going to quicken on this one we're going to freedom on this one because we're going to be getting you the same rate, but actually helping you with your closing costs again.
