Hey this is tom, and you know the drill, don't click, nothing, don't smash, nothing don't buy nothing. We don't sell nothing here, we're just here to give you the most credible information you can't get on mainstream media. Now, while mainstream media is talking about the new sanctions and everybody's parroting, each other nobody's giving you any depth nobody's explaining exactly what these sanctions will include, how effective, if at all, they will be against putin, his closest circle of lackeys and the entire country, and what Else is there in the arsenal, i mean what other sanctions can we impose before we go to full-on war? There's a lot of depth in these that has not been explored by mainstream media. Surprise, surprise, and in this video i'm going to try to give you the most thorough explanation breakdown of these sanctions, their potential impact.

What is else out there for us to actually enact in the future and how? I think this whole thing plays out. Stick out with me, this is going to be very interesting. Now, first of all, before i get started, i just saw something incredible: we just saw the chancellor of germany all of shultz, take the parliament and basically go berserk. I've never heard the german politician talk like that at least not since 1940, and i wasn't even born back then believe it or not.

Now, basically, all of schultz took the stage and said: hey putin is a bad guy, we're changing everything, we're going to supply actual military aid, which we have never done before for historical reasons that can be understood to ukraine. Also we're agreeing to take off russian banks off of swift and we're going to take our sales off russian gas. This can't work. Moreover, he actually said they're going to be investing 100 billion dollars this year, just in defense spending and two percent of the gdp going forward for a country like germany.

This is unthinkable. This is a country. That's been basically on the verge of pacifism since 1945. This is a huge shift and a welcome one, because what happened here is, i think that putin miscalculated what's going to happen.

He united the eu back after almost falling apart at the seams like a chip cushion and he basically got nato to wake up from their 20-year hibernation, slash complacency, they're, finally doing something to protect their neighbors. There's a lot at stake here and i think putin really didn't account for how much of a united front is gon na face. That's one good development. Now, let's talk about the sanctions.

Now, let's be honest, sanctions have not been proven to be quite effective over the course of history. I mean we've seen it fail again and again: we've sanctioned iran for a long time. In fact, we sanctioned russia since 2014 with little to no effect. I mean sanctions are never quick, they're, never easy and they're.

Not very effective. Now thing is that doesn't mean that these sanctions can't work. If we learn from the mistakes of the past, let me explain how they can actually do work now. The one thing we need to learn from history is that sanctioning putin's closed circle does nothing.
He doesn't care. He purged the entire russian elite over the course of the last 20 years to the point that he's surrounded by yes men. It doesn't really matter what happens to them: they're, never going to tell him that there's a problem they're, never going to challenge him and if anybody so much as winks at him, the wrong way he's gon na find himself in the gulag so sanctioning the russian elite. Hoping for a revolution, ain't gon na happen - we know this by now.

Probably even worse goes for the russian population. He doesn't care, he couldn't give less f's about what happens to them. You can sanction them like crazy. They can wear their bread, their food, their money.

They're gon na be broke basically scrounging for leftovers on the street. He wouldn't bat an eyelid. He doesn't care, that's the way the man operates. It's a one-man show now.

The way you actually get to him is where it hurts. Here's the thing there's a lot of misconceptions about russia, mainly its economy. People think that these are ten foot soldiers, this massive economy that can't be touched not exactly so. First of all, russia, despite its massive geographical size, is a shitty economy.

It's only the 11th or 12th biggest economy in the world gdp wise, in fact its economy or its gdp, is 1 14th of the us. In fact, the state of new york has more gdp than the entire country of russia. I mean it's a very slow moving. Little economy, relying mainly on energy, in fact, 40 of the entire russian budget 40, is from selling energy.

Now that sales come from europe, they need european money just as bad as europeans need their gas. Don't forget that and that's where the key is a lot of people seem to think that china can replace europe as the main purchases of russian energy and eventually they might. But here's the thing. You need massive infrastructure for this to work pipelines, gas lines that don't exist right now, it's going to take years to happen if they just decide to do it today, we're probably years away from this actually materializing.

Meanwhile, putin needs the european money right now. This is a very costly war, not to mention the fact that his stock market just lost 200 billion dollars of market cap. Since the fighting started, his top 20 billionaires in the country lost 40 billion of their wealth. That is not easy, especially when the ward, according to all sources, is costing about 20 to 25 billion dollars per day.

You need money and you need money fast, not to mention the fact that china seems to be showing putin the cold shoulder yesterday and the day before they basically came out and condemned rashford what they're doing, which is kind of unthinkable, because we all assume that china Is going to huddle up with russia and create this crazy axis of evil? It seems china basically saying even us are not that crazy. You are on your own. My guy i mean imagine how much of a madman psycho daily craziness has to happen for china to say well. This is way too much.
Even for us. Let's just go to show you what's going on right now in ukraine is insane now yesterday, germany finally agreed to take russia off of swift. Now, if you don't know what swift is, i'm gon na put a description below, but, generally speaking, it's a messaging system. It's universal, it allows banks to talk to each other in order to transfer money.

Taking a country or a bank off of the system is basically paralysis. It's an economic stranglehold. So that's about to happen to certain russian banks and that's important, but mainly germany has agreed to actually block the russian national bank and that's a huge deal because once the us actually joins them, and i assume that they will once the us actually assigns the specially Designated nationals assignment to the russian national bank. That means that the entire assets that the russian national bank has outside russia will be effectively frozen.

That's a huge deal. Let me explain why, once russia's national bank is on that list, no u.s institution can actually work with this bank, and that means pretty much that sentence not just in u.s, because nobody will come close to this thing. With a 10 foot pole, it's going to be radioactive now, here's the thing this bank has built up a currency reserve just against sanctions. Putin has been doing this for the past seven or eight years he's basically proofing his economy, and this national bank amassed 640 billion dollars in foreign cash reserves.

That's like one and a half years of a hundred percent of russia's full exports in one war chest. That's going to be seized by the west. It's a big deal because essentially, once you do, that putin loses all ability to help himself against sanctions. He can't support the ruble.

He can't support the local banks. He can't support the local economy, he's basically locked out of his own account. He doesn't have any foreign currency and that's going to be a huge deal now. The question are all these sanctions going to stop putin how much of an efficiency they actually will have in helping the people of ukraine, and, unfortunately, i got ta - tell you it's gon na be very limited.

If anything, let me explain why now, first of all, russia has massive gold reserves. They've been building it up specifically for this day sanction proofing their own war chest. Now russia had about two billion dollars in gold in 1995.. Right now they have 130 billion.

That's like 20 of their reserves. Now will these 130 billion be enough for putting say i don't care about your sanctions? No, it's going to be painful, but it's going to be enough for him to keep on doing what he's doing without getting interrupted. It's just enough for him to get this thing done now. The second thing is that putin has been completely de-dollarizing the russian expert system whenever he exports he's getting paid so up until seven or eight years ago, 95 of these payments came in the form of u.s dollars.
Right now, it's under 10 90 of russia's export is not in u.s dollars, anymore, that kind of insulates their economy, at least partially from these sanctions, not to mention the fact that swift in itself is no longer the only game in town as well. Putin has created his own system called mir now mir again, don't know exactly how much of an effective it's going to be, but it's there to allow a solution. It's not going to be completely isolated, like people think so the question is: are these sanctions going to work? Are they going to the russian economy, and the answer unfortunately, is no, it's going to be very unpleasant, but it's not going to paralyze the russian economy, because for the past eight years putin has been spending massive amount of resource to insulate and completely desanctionize his own Economy now he has a very simple economy. He has a very small economy, mainly on exports and oil.

That makes it easier, but the fact of the matter is doing these. Sanctions to putin really doesn't hurt them as much as people think the effects of these might be filled in a few weeks, probably a few months and might even take years. None of these sanctions are designed to give you a result tomorrow. That's the sad truth that politicians don't want you to know.

However, the real question here is: do we actually have alternatives? Do we have better solutions in our arsenal to hurt putin really to really paralyze this economy and make him pay? Yes, we do, and that is not so simple, so i remember when i told you just a second ago that russia relies 40 of its budget on oil exports. It's a big thing if you can cut off russia from their own experts and completely cut it off. It's going to be very, very painful for the russian economy, especially given the fact that this war is costing them about 20 to 25 billion dollars per day. This is massive problem with this, even though it's going to work, it's literally a double-edged sword.

It's going to be as painful for us as it's going to be for him, because the first thing that will happen once you do it is the gas prices in europe are going to skyrocket to levels not seen before, and even though the u.s is insulated from Russian oil - they don't buy russian gas, they don't buy russian oil, they couldn't give less f's. The thing is, the u.s consumes a lot of raw materials, a lot of goods that are being used by russian gas and russian energy to be produced effectively, raising their price, and it's not an accident. That putin chose this specific day to actually do what he did, because inflation in the u.s is at a 40-year, high, seven and a half percent. This would be literally the worst time ever to create an energy crisis.
If you're gon na send gas prices up or produce prices up in this inflation environment, you're asking for hell, every politician knows that they lose elections by the economy, not by military conflicts. It's the economy, stupid! Now, here's the thing! Just a year ago, oil was 65 dollars a barrel right now we already had a hundred dollars a barrel. What do you think is going to happen when we pull the plug off of russia's oil and energy everybody's going to be suffering? The question is: will it work probably but that's kind of a poison pill? We have to die with our enemies and unfortunately i don't think there's a politician out there willing to take that step and before i sign out an important message to russia and putin, mainly if you're, claiming that ukraine is being run by a puppet regime. All you have to do is look at.

What's happened in ukraine over the past few days, people are not going to be jumping in front of tanks and old. Ladies, are not going to be taking up ak-47s to fight for their country. If it's a puppet regime, so what we've seen as far as the uprising from the people for ukraine just proves that the whole argument of a puppet government for the us is complete. Baloney.

I might be getting my hopes toooo high, but I imagine this CRAZY flip flop of events is possible:

    – UKRAINE holds the line.
    – Russian People keep demanding war to stop
    – Russian wealthy folks start getting pissed with Putin because of all their assets getting blocked, etc.
    – Europe, US, and most of the world keep the fire alive (with the help of media)
    – and ULTIMATELY, the invasion backfires on Putin as Russia starts turning on him until some group (army, revolting people, magnates, or whoever) brings his government down and gets replaced and reformed with a Pro-western leadership, …. leaving China with not much option but to eventually get a better government.

And this generation lived happily ever after… ( At least until covid2.0 or global warming fck us all πŸ˜‚)

I MAY BE DREAMING.. BUT ITS POSSIBLE MORE NOW THAN EVER!
