Love your noob vs pro videos. I have to somewhat disagree with the not installing dual pane windows. I think it really depends. In California, large south west facing single pane windows should absolutely be replace dual pane. Made the mistake of renting a place with single pane south west facing windows once. It turned the room into an inferno green house hotter than outside. I was out as soon as my lease ended. After that i always checked the windows of rentals before buying a home.
